I have done Keto/IF to great success. However, when I go off the diet (happens during the holidays) I blow up fast. It is amazing how fast I get fat and inflamed when I eat sugary stuff for a few weeks. Im thinking of bowing out of eating with family and just arriving after the meal to hang out. It is difficult to avoid sugar unless you happen to already run with that crowd.
@@Tussinette My primary concern is health. Weight is just one possible indicator. Inflammation is another. Since being very restrictive of sugar, I have had great improvements to health and my weight has reached a new equilibrium. I don't really think about weight much. I do think about lean body mass and cardio vascular fitness.
I follow a mother/daughter in their 50’s and 80’s shared that they interment fast is last meal is before 7pm and don’t eat until after 10am next day! They both look amazing! I was shocked!

recently ive just been waiting until noon or a little later to eat. even if i wake up ravenous, the hunger literally vanishes when i just wait it out! by noon i don't even necessarily feel hungry, i just eat bc i need to work out lol.
@@animatedbiologywitharpan I think he is talking about safety, maybe it is not so safe to do a long fast if you’re very active during the day in smoldering heat

As you have a lot of physical work it’s good. But intermittent fasting improves your cognition. So it’s always good to do it.
