Like how you used a coconut to make the cream. May be more time consuming however would think it would be better using fresh coconut that packaged. Thank you very much for video. Enjoyed.
Hi, I am sorry it didn't turns out ok, However, If the mixture is too diluted, the cream may not separate properly. Try using less water when blending the coconut. . In the video, i used a small amount of water, like half cup.
@@AngieSharesTV Yeah I used coconut water for the first batch and then I used water but the measurement was about the same. Does it matter if I use plastic or glass?
The cream of the coconut I use it to make coconut butter the same way how heavy whipping cream use to make butter I only different is that one is plan cream and the other is animal cream
Wow! Why not use a chiffon fabric or a sieve cloth? There's a lot more you could get from the hand-sieved coconut. Loving your very beautiful accent though...😊
Also, if you make a lot, store into different plastic bags , when ready to use , remove only the bag/bags you will be using. Put into the pot without thawing
I tried this recipe but by some reason, instead of the cream forming on top of the water, I got debris formed on the bottom of the glass. I dont remember how much water did I use, perhaps more than you said, could the quantity be responsible by my failure of this recipe? Ironically I got some small bits of cream formed in the walls of the contained where I blended the coconut
I honestly don't know why you didn't got cream. I use a small amount of water. Maybe you should cover the container then put it in the freezer. This will prevent moisture from the freezer from catching the coconut milk.
@@AngieSharesTV thanks for your reply, I don't know if it will work in the same way as water, it splitting as you showed. I will also give it a go and let you now my results
Thank you for the time and effort, you have allocated to this recipe. I will certainly use this method, within the future.
In guyana we do this often we don't use coconut milk from the can but i love the idea of the cream keep up the good work aunty ❤🇬🇾❤❤one love

Not better, because it package meaning preservatives was added but takes less time
Love it... love you
I let it sit in the refrigerator for a whole day And it still has not separated. I did use a plastic bowl.

@@Mynameisbemaia no it doesn't matter
@@Mynameisbemaia I find it separates better at room temp. Then put in the ref to make the cream hard and remove.
haha, she s funny, respect for cream! great job
I call it pulp, I'm gonna start calling it trash too cause I like that😆.
LOL
It looks amazing

The only way to know if using warm water is to try it and see if it makes a difference

Did h put it itno freezer or refrigerator??
Freezer
❤❤❤❤ thank you
Thank you
Quality over quantity.
6:12 You call it trash huh? 😊
That's what we called it in Jamaica
Can we use that water after separating the cream ? Or should that be put to use ?
Yes some people used the water but I normally discard it
@@AngieSharesTV thank's a ton 😄.
How to store and how many days can I store?
Store in a plastic bag in the freezer, keep frozen until ready to use, base on my own experience, store up to 1 month.
Also, if you make a lot, store into different plastic bags , when ready to use , remove only the bag/bags you will be using. Put into the pot without thawing
How many days can I storage it in the fridge? 🤔
I have in my fridge right now for 2 weeks and it is still good. I used some earlier this morning in cornmeal porridge . You can try it for 2 weeks
Yasssssssss ♥️
