I would say it is THE best episode, but im biased because weather and his story are my favorite in all of jojo. Modern shakespearean tragedy. I feel only the cumulative part 7 will really give it a run for its money
to be fair, he stepped up the moment he wrote Kira, but with part 6 it feels he completely mastered the stand of the week formula, each stand is necessary to progress the plot unlike previous parts.
You know, the scene in the Bohemian Rhapsody arc, with Weather trying to avoid suicide via a gunshot to the head, becomes a lot harder to watch after finding out Weather actively tried to shoot himself.
In other words, it seems to be connected to why Vincent van Gogh's story was the one able to 'move' Weather's soul, under the effects of Bohemian Rhapsody. Which really leads me to wonder whether he had formed that association before, or after losing his memories... Perhaps he was first introduced (or first re-introduced?) to Gogh's self-portraits, and to the story of their artist, by the books on the shelf in Emporio's ghost room (being moved by it, but not being able to understand _why_ it moves him, no longer having any memory of his own struggles to end his life). Or maybe there even _was_ some point in the flashback timeline, that Wes was reminded of Vincent van Gogh's own self-harm- and the painful failed attempt to end his own life- and was touched with _"yeah, I know that feel..."_ energy.
The house that the KKK burned is Aquamarine's house, the house which Weather grew up. The investigator tought Weather is a Aquamarine not Pucci's brother Weather grew up in a poor family plus his adopted father is a black man so that's why Weather is targeted by the KKK but not Pucci
DIO’s vampire powers allow him to manipulate flesh like making the chimeras in part 1, stealing Jonathan’s body, and bringing Vanilla Ice back. This is more or less the concession for why Dio could fix Pucci’s foot
my man DIO walks in out of nowhere, talks about fate to a priest in training, gives him a plot inducing item, and then leaves in the fruitiest way possible while refusing to elaborate further or come back out again

This episode, along with Part 4 Kira's Great Escape, Part 3 Finale Episode, Part 1 Finale Episode, Part 2 Caesar Death Episode & Part 5 Abbachio Death Episode are some of the best Jojo episodes ever in the anime so far

Pucci´s foot was probably fixed with DIO's vampiric powers (flesh manipulation as seen in Phantom Blood with some of the hybrid creatures he made)
