Gosh, you ROCK!! I just want to hug you. We are here and sending you love and more love. Your humor, kindness, strength in face of ALS and honesty is like out of this world amazing. I don't really have the adequate words, but I feel lucky to have found your videos, etc. Hope you feel our love cause there is so much out there for you. Your parents are way cool too.....XO
You're my hero, Brooke❤️ This time last year, I woke up unable to swallow food anymore. Turns out the muscles in my esophagus no longer work properly and a feeding tube is in my near future. Before that, 11 years ago, I started gasping awake violently at sleep onset. I was diagnosed with a rare breathing disorder that put me on a ventilator & oxygen (at night). Between these two things, it has made me value every function I have, knowing one day any of us could wake up with a changed existence. None of this is comparable to ALS of course, I just wanted to explain why you are my hero. It's because to some small degree, I understand having to show up as you feel less yourself in this world. But your light still shines through! Keep doing what you do. It's so important. ❤️
Thank you for your honesty. I am sure there a lot people who like to hear the positives and also appreciate hearing the everyday challenges. Hoping this is your “plateau. ❤
Keep up the fight! How did the NIH initiative go? I pray they’re focusing heavily on the microbiome. & even the vagus nerve which is also involved in neuro diseases.
Thanks for the updates. You are a brave role model for everyone.

You are our inspiration as we fight this awful disease too.
You are so inspiring. Praying for you.
Keep up the battle. Mine started in my arms. Very slow progression. Your cheery vids keep me trying. Thanks for sharing.
Agreed. I'm wondering what will be coming my way.
