I'm glad Mitch got his 15 Minutes Of Fame before he died. Had it not been for this TV Show, he would've died an unknown. Rest in peace, Mitchell James Guist (May 18, 1964 - May 14, 2012).
I feel the same way 😔. They were so close and my heart breaks 💔 seeing this as well. Mitchell will ALWAYS be loved, remembered and eternally missed. We love you guys and pray for healing 🙏 and peace ✌ 🙏 ❤ 💙
My grandmother always says "if it tastes good, don't even worry about what's in it." This usually applied to whatever mystery meat my great-grandmother wanted to feed us. You smother something in enough spices, it'll taste delicious!
Raised on squirrel gravy and biscuits, groundhog and brown beans; a real treat was venison steaks. Only thing my Mother wouldn't eat was possum; "I ain't eatin' nothin' with a slick tail!" These old boys might be a little rough around the edges, but I'd set down with them they asked me...
I love watching you guys and I miss seeing both of you guys and I really miss your brother I hope t😢see you on swamp people again and god bless you guys
Guist boys was talking about eats in another show; one brother said he ate nutria. That's probably the only way they gonna get rid of the daggone nutria: EAT him! More power to these old boys...
if there was only a chance i can catch an alligator Gar i definitley try out their method to cooking the gar. but living in the North we miss out on alot of things like even fresh Crawfish without havung to wait a day or two for transportation, although we can order them. ive always fashion for gator, gator gar, crawfish and the blue crabs they freshly catch
@lexiib13 It's true, people here are different. The mentality of some of the older folks in small town south is just amazing. Very independent, which explains why they don't like the newer government sticking their nose in everyone's business.
@lexiib13 Some people don't actually have the luxury of living so close to a eating establishment. Some people don't even have the luxury of having a car. In some places? You have to hunt to eat....or you just don't eat. Self reliance. Beautiful thing, isn't it?
@82syreeta well you see, I'm not from the south or America lol and if I'm hungry I just kinda get in my car and go to a grocery store. I personally thought this was fake because of how funny I found this show. I didnt know people like this actually existed. I thought they were just from movies n such.

@@bassmaster117
He died of a heart attack.
@@alanmorris7669 You would think someone who lives off the land and eats fresh caught food would be healthy
