    Thank you so much! I bought this product last week and was really confused by the instructions on the package. I don't think I'll be using it like they recommend though; after leaving it on for a little bit more than 2 minutes, the skin on my forehead got really red and irritated ):

    I've been using this and the charcoal BHA. And I love them! I use them alternately 2x a week. I have a question though. Can I use super matcha mask after using either? Thanks!

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hm..., you would need to test it. However, I would argue that it may be too drying. So, it would be best to use the Matcha Mask when not using your Charcoal BHA or this cleanser.

    HELLO. Can you help me, please?
    I'm 30 years old man and I have problem, that I have oily face, mostly around the nose and under my lips - on my chin. And I have a lot of blackheads there, mostly on my nose. I'm not using any cleaners or products, today I discovered this product and want to try it.
    Should I wash my face before, then dry it and after that I can apply this product? Or would you recommended any other procedure? Thank you.

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The application starts at 3:28. Apart from that, I would suggest using a regular foaming wash that you can use both in the morning and the evening. Consider options such as CeraVe Foaming Cleanser, Cetaphil Daily Facial or Oily Skin Cleanser, or The Ordinary Glucoside Foaming Cleanser. You can still use this cleanser on some days for balance.
      Additionally, for blackheads, it's best to extract them with a tool or by visiting a professional, as they can be quite stubborn to remove with topical products!

    Hi❤
    Can you help me , I have blackheads and whiteheads on my nose and cheeks
    If I buy one product, can you advise me which cleansing to buy?
    Bye Bye Black cleanser
    Or should I buy an (oil cleansing) and adopt it in my nightly routine?
    And why?❤🙏

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I recommend using a hydrating foaming cleanser (such as Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Cleanser or The Ordinary Glucoside Foaming Cleanser) to wash your face. As for your black & whiteheads, it's best to get them extracted-either you do it yourself or see a dermatologist or beautician to do it for you. Then, I also recommend checking factors like stress, lack of sleep, and your diet (as you may be eating something that causes them in the first place) because these factors can influence your skin.

      But at the same time, I have blackheads on my skin, and their appearance bothers me, and I want to introduce a product into my daily routine for them
      Should I buy this pore-cleaning cleanser from Bye Bye Black or an oil-based cleanser ? 🙏

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@user-jx4nd5zm4h Do you mainly get them on your nose? If they aren't that severe (like just some very tiny darker spots on your nose), then you may just see your natural oil within the pores, which you cannot change. It's just best to extract them every now and then. I mean, you can also do this at home because they will come back anyway

      If your skin responds well to it, it may also work for your acne. 😊 However, it also depends on what's causing your acne in the first place. If it's caused by too much oil production or because of bacteria, it may work. So would a Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide Cleanser. However, if it's caused by stress, lack of sleep, hygiene, food intolerance, preservatives/antibiotics in food, etc., then I recommend changing those factors to get your acne under control.

      Well, they could simply be inherited due to genetics, and in that case, it is not possible to reduce their size. However, if the appearance of enlarged pores is caused by excess oil production, using oil-regulating products can make a visible difference. But it's important to note that the size of the pores themselves will not change, only their appearance.
