Sometimes when looking at reviews (especially where they add pictures) you can see that people who ordered the same item long ago had a slightly different item. So sellers just switch suppliers depending on availability. And multiple suppliers of same product indicates that they're likely copying eachother.
i feel like the models aren't even models. like they take a nice looking pinterest/instagram photo and make a cheaper, inacurate version, before selling it using the pictures.
Websites like this always model clothes which are way bigger than the ones they actually send - the clothes on the models are way huger and made nicer than the ones they send out so it’s not just down to different body types!
Everything my sister bought from YS had fit exactly like how they appear on the model. So no, they don't ALWAYS model bigger cloths and for the most part, it is down to differences in body types. But since there are 3rd party seller, I suggest looking for reputable brands.

So I’m a smaller person, similar proportions to the model height wise and I’ve ordered jumpers that, on the model, are huge with long baggy sleeves but then irl, even though it ‘fits’, it doesn’t have the desired oversized effect and instead just fits like a normal jumper

I know it can be discouraging as hell to find clothes that fit right. I thought a lot of the pieces looked cute on you! You just have to style them and make them work for your body. People with low income arent the problem when it comes to buying from fast fashion. Its the people who have the money and just buy huge amounts of chlothing that they throw away soon after.

That pink cardigan is incredible!!! Would you consider a flowy tank top underneath with your light wash jeans? We have the same shoulders & showing a little chest with the spaghetti straps looks really good
Maybe retry the plaid sweater w/o the turtle neck? I actually think you'd look really pretty with a v-neck! Plaid is so conservative, you have to work hard to make it sexy lol (also the bucket hat/khaki jacket was BOMB, you looked GREAT)
I think the first sweater that was supposed to be oversized would look really good on you without the white turtleneck and paired with a pair of light wash high wasted jeans! And the brown plaid shirt might look better with a more open neck black inner to make it look less restricting. I think it’s unfair for a clothing brand to not have options for people of all body types, but until they get it right maybe a little more experimenting with styling (and not sticking to the photos on the website only as a ref) would help 💓💓💓
Thanks for being honest , it's a struggle being plus and looking for thr style you want (especially if your into East asian Street style) Sometimes clothes that not specially made for plus size that don't fit me.makes me feel its my fault. But some people who's curvy is because of conditions and a event that happened to him or genes. Fashion should be more broad for everyone.thin , big , tall or short.
