Noice im feeling like maggi now i feel like sharing my own Maggie recipe
Ingredients
Maggie packet recipe is for one packet
One small onion
Two garlic cloves
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies (optional)
Your favourite veggies that goes in soup
Oil (prefer mustard oil)
Salt, pepper, turmeric, chilly powder,
Chilly sauce red
Soya sauce
Ketchup optional
Vinegar optional
Corn starch
Lots of water
Recipe
Add oil in a pan. Add thinly sliced garlic cloves. Add chilly one finely chopped. Add onions half finally chopped. Add ginger garlic paste one spoon. Cook till onion is just translucent. Add veggies optional cook for less than 2 minutes you want them crunchy. Add salt less than one pinch. Add pepper and chilly. Add 1.5 cups (for one packet) water let it boil for a while take little water(around 4 tablespoon) in a cup add all three sauces in it and mix add that water in the pan too break maggi and add in the pan cover it and leave for one minute no over cook check if noodles are separating enough add maggi masala cover again and leave for one minute if water reduces add little more take little corn starch in a bowl add water in it make a slurry. Add that too in the pan let it come to boil do not dry the water
Enjoy hot Maggie soupy noodles.
We like to add msg and vinegar like things but i don't promote using that too much

Actually there's no need to put anything in maggi and pour some some extra water for the soup and then add the spices in it like some salt black pepper powder 😋😋 And of course cook it till its golden.
