My quickest tip is to try learn what moves start combos at what percent - for example UpTilt at 0% will leave you open to quick attacks after, but over like 15%+ you can start getting true aerials as followups Also: do everything in your power to avoid using side-B directly to the ledge unless you're absolutely sure it'll work!

Not only can you b reverse the illusion, but also if you're very close to the blast-zone and use it immediately out of hit stun it will kill you because it shifts your hurtbox in the opposite direction on start up.
Fox is such a cool character to play and watch, but his moves are so precise. I only play him for fun, my fundes are not good enough to play him precisely ;(

Pika is a very hard and technical character, if you're gonna pick them up at all I'd reccomend making them your main character
