I'm a palagi and I had some Tongan friends when I was younger. They were the kindest, happiest, most beautiful, most humble people I've known. Such an amazing culture with a big emphasis on family. Oh and the food was amazing. When I first saw Iam on American Idol I thought this kid could win it all. I'm so happy for him!
I've never seen Iam look more confident & comfortable on stage than this. His voice seems bigger, too! He's been singing a long time but you can see his growth in the whole AI experience & combined support of the audience/mentors/close family. So great to see him thrive in the hometown environment! 🌺🌴🌊🤙
