Three mods I can't wait to see 1: Real company names 2: Realistic traffic (we don't all drive 50's chevys) 3: Realistic exhaust sounds (Most trucks aren't that quiet)
+Daniel Perry Yeah, the 50s chevys and other classic cars are rare-- in addition, they NEVER come out while it's raining, but we didn't get to see the rain in this.

As a real life American truck driver. You never want to go into Mexico. A colleague of mine was making a trip to Mexico City. In the 10 minutes it took him to take his paperwork into the office, all the chrome was taken off his rig and 4 of his wheels were gone.
The quad-loop intersections are actually called cloverleaves! And I'm pretty sure (at least here in Northern California) lorries always have to enter weigh stations, unless they have some special permission not to.
This game looks amazing!!! I'm a former long haul trucker in Canada and this is exactly what it's like. The addition of weight stations is realistic! I can't wait get this game!!!
it takes a lot of practice i practiced backing up trailers with a four wheeler and now i can do a decent job at backing up a trailer with a suburban that you cannot see with the mirrors
Just note that trailers work in reverse of the actual vehicle. So, you know that when in reverse in a car you steer right to make it go left and left to make it go right. Therefore, going right whilst in reverse will make your trailer go right and vice versa.
I’m loving your iRacing videos. The reason the speedometer is set in increments ending in 5s is because speedometers until the new millennium had the “”55”” circled or printed in red, from the implementation of speed limits in the 70s during the fuel crisis the national speed limit was 55 mph. If you google Americans cars speedometers from the 70s, you’ll see that even the ones with even numbers had a “”55”” that was specially marked. On a side note, American truck engines never operate above 2k rpm, until around 2005 when normal operating range changed to around 1700 rpm. Back in the 80s and 90s we ran higher rpm and most gears had a 500 rpm range of operation. Today it’s all about fuel savings and emissions prevention. I’ve been driving for 28 years now, it has changed immeasurably.

Vehicles towing trailers are limited to 55mph in California and can only stay in the two rightmost lanes on a freeway. Which is very nice when everyone else is going 75 and you have one truck in the center lane doing 55 clogging up traffic. I'm excited for this series because whenever i listen to you, Squirrel, it reminds me of listening to radio shows with my dad as i ride with him in his semi truck as we make local deliveries, brings back so many memories, but i can't wait for them to add more trucks especially the Peterbilt 389 and Kenworth W900 or the Internationals if SCS gets permission from them, hopefully they do
+Maser Lowery Also in America if the scale is open (lights blinking) it is illegal to pass them up. The other name for them is a weigh station...........
+Maser Lowery 30 copies? You mean he works for a trucking school that has 30 available computers for students? That's pretty amazing. 14:06 I've always heard them called Cloverleafs where I live, There's only one where I live but it is annoying because you can't always see the car coming off the ramp...
+Koala Dude I briefly did trucker training with Prime Inc. We had a little box in the cab that received signals from these transmitters hanging over the road near weigh stations. If the box gave you a green light, you didn't have to pull in. Also a lot of them are closed; we pulled into one to sleep for the night.
+Koala Dude The people who ran those places are assholes, my dad had a GPS he won that told him ways around those. couple 100 pounds over and sometimes your fucked! especially in CA
+Timothy Fuller I'm from pa and my dads a truck driver and he said that any fine you get when you have a cdl is doubled which means double points on your license as well.
4:14 Here in America, it is perfectly legal to turn right on a red light unless otherwise noted by a sign. There was no sign there saying he couldn't. So he had the right to turn on that red light.
Most speed limits are half measures, but not all. In NY, main highway speed limits can be 55 or 65 mph, some smaller highways have 45, small streets are 30 unless posted otherwise, but the otherwise posts are usually 25 or 35. School zones are 15.
8, 10 and 12 speeds are the most common gearing in the US. Our older trucks run 18 speeds. The cop didn't initiate the weight station, they are all over america and depending on a company's Safety score will determine if you have to stop or not or sometimes all trucks are required to stop.
Yea, and I fucking hate them. The one that's near my town has really short ramps, but the north/south traffic is 70 MPH while the east/west traffic is 65 MPH. I can't build any speed to merge over because of the short ramp and the sharp curve.
+Tasty Tyrone if its the same as the UK law then its not law to move over. Law states that you should match the speed of the main carriageway and filter in without make vehicles on the main carriageway change speed or direction.
+Tasty Tyrone It really depends on the area that you are driving in. In rural areas most people will get in the left lane if they see someone on the on ramp, it isn't as common in busy areas with lots of traffic.
Weigh stations are controlled by the state's DOT. If they're open, you pretty much have to pull in. Not doing so would result in a fine. Only exception to that is if you have a transponder for the weigh station, then it would tell you whether you could pull in or if you can bypass it, and if you get the bypass, you can just keep going.
the reason why are speedometers read in middle range increments is because most of our speeds are like that. The most common speeds you will see in the states are 35, 45 and 55 miles an hour.
In the US the speed limit is almost always 35,45,55,60,65,70,75, and rarely 80-85 on interstate roads. In cities you'll see the speed limits usually at 20,25, and 35, but sometimes 45 or as low as 10 mph. If the speed limit isn't posted its 55 mph in the countryside and 35 in city limits. I doubt they would incorporate non posted roads in a game, but just in case they do, here's the information you need as far as speed limits are concerned.
The problem with using MPG is that it is deceptive. We are interested in how much fuel our vehicle uses not how far we can travel. I'll give an example. Say you are comparing two cars one does 10mpg (23.52l/100km) the other 20mpg (11.76l/100km). Now both have terrible consumption but the second car is a lot more fuel efficient , a difference of 11.76 liters (3.1gal) per 100km. A car with 50mpg (4.7l/100km) versus a car with 60mpg (3.92l/100km), so the same 10mpg difference as before but the two cars aren't that much different in their consumption one car uses only 0,78 liters(0.2gal) more than the other. Now lets take it to the extreme. Vehicle with 100mpg vs 150mpg.WOW A 50 MPG IMPROVEMENT!!! THAT'S AMAZING!!!... ...well not really. That's only 0.78l(0.2gal) less
10 to 20 mpg is double distance or 50% fuel consumption. 100 to 150 is 50% more distance. Are you saying that the ability to drive for a month and a half on a months worth of fuel is insignificant? Plus American vehicles (aside from scooters) can hardly touch 50 mpg. 30 is actually pretty good. So the 100/150 example is fairly ridiculous
Your point is not valid 0.o The first example is a 100% increase in mpg The second example is just a 20% increase in mpg The third example is a 50% increase in mpg and as such there is not a 0.2gal difference there's a 0.5gal difference...that's 1.5x more efficient... That's 50%!... WOW THAT IS AMAZING! -No deception o.0 -
+con Ba The numbers I am using are nice rounded numbers...It's an example. What happens when the numbers are not so nicely rounded. Can you still quickly and easily calculate the percentages on the fly? You two might but I guarantee you your average american can't. The fact is that it's a non linear scale and as such can be deceiving.(just imagine a measuring tape with a non linear scale...yeah can be done it's just not very practical is it). Necro Toad 30 mpg for a car is not all that great. Our nearly 2ton van does better than that. Today you have cars that can reach up into 90s (whether those are real numbers or not is a whole nother topic). Mpg might have been a good unit 100 years ago when cars could barely reached 15-20mpg...today not so much.
+con Ba Oh and the third example is a 0.2gal difference. 50mpg (1.24gal), 100mpg (0.62gal), 150mpg (0.41gal), 200mpg (0.31gal). I guess the non linear scale caught you out on that one huh;)
In Michigan Weight stations open Randomly. When open ALL trucks stop. There can be miles of trucks lined up for weigh, cops don't activate it. They enforce/ticket overweight trucks.
+The Marshmallow Man - I doubt that ETS2 had very much when it launched either. They're going to be expanding the map and adding trucks FOR FREE. I also have been hearing the starting price is 20 bucks, so really what's the complaint here?
I'll wait to buy the game until it has more trucks/locations. As long as they add them in then no problem but as I said I'll wait to see it before purchasing the game even if it means a higher asking price.
I don't see why they don't have the knock offs like ETS2 had before they acquired licenses. I logged several miles in a Majestic before buying a Valiant for me and a DAV for my employee. Where's the Cargoliner, the Eastern Star, and the Smack trucks?
only shitter, only kenworth and peterbilt trucks, and if you paint your truck a colour, all the trucks on the road tend to default to that colour. Seriously like they said uh fuck it euros better.
They are called "weighbridges" here in the UK. To check your total "maximum authorised mass" doesn't exceed 44 tonnes (cab, chassis and trailer weight included). Im a trucker.
A friend is working on a mod for this already. Its going to be called militry contracts. Pay will be epic (think $10,000+ per job) but the jobs will be very hard - big/wide loads and time limits. Loads will include Drones, tanks, equiptment, planes and UFOs. And yes - you can deliver to Homey Air Base
Being a Trucker in real life. I love this game. 1 thing I have found that you may have by now. Get loads that pay the most per mile. Instead of overall. :)
Hey squirrel you are blaming the AI but in reality you just dont know a lot about how to drive her in America. For instance 4:20... cars can turn right on red in the US.
also, the weight stations at for every truck. they're not always open, but all trucks must stop at the open ones. it's to prevent large scale smuggling and shit. basically just a giant waste of time :/ mandatory though. and cops don't have a say whether you go to one.
I've just bought this game on Steam and playing in VR on the Quest 2, with my own music on the radio, is just the most immersive thing. Great to catch up on this series of videos as I'm interested in working out the best way to start out.
as for your comment about driving down to South America, the North Amrican road network ends in eastern/southern Panama, there is a 40 mile wide swamp/jungle called the Darian Gap that has prevented a a road connection between Panama and Colombia
Don't get me wrong i loved ETS 2, but the simulator part is a bit of an over statement, wheres my random flats, why can i redline my engine for hours on end and get no damage, why is there still no exhaust smoke, why is there still no transmission temperature, why can't i burn the shit out of my clutch, why is there still no dynamic engine temp, i do like there games but sometimes i wish there was more realism to these games :(
I'm aware of that, i was simply saying that it would be nice if they added stuff like this to there games, i think the games they make are good and could be better in the future by adding some of these features to make it more of a simulator.
Talk about a damn good first parking job. Kudos to the real ones who do it realistically. And technically the half unit measurements do infact go half normally.
I love Euro trucking, and I couldn't wait for this to come out. I wanted to see a play through and after watching you for 10 minutes, I bought it. the graphics are amazing AND I get to drive on the Right side of the road. This is best played with a steering wheel! Thanks Squirrel, and I've been subscribed. North into Alaska could be Ice Road truckers. OMG!
+Jeroen Yep. Some places you can also turn left on red if you're on a one-way street turning onto another one-way street. Not sure if this is universal, though.

American highways often include mile markers and signs along the way list miles to destinations. Cars are rated for miles per gallon of gasoline. Many cars are imported but have speedometers with scales in miles per hour (MPH) and odometers that measure miles traveled. However, many speedometers include a second scale in kilometers. Road maps also have scales in miles (but may include a second scale in kilometers).
@ 5:07 That would be a station wagon, the predecessor to the SUV or minivan, not sure what make that one was. My parents had a mid 70's Ford LTD station wagon with the faux wood on the side..
My friend, you can turn right on red lights after you come to a complete stop here in the U.S. - unless it says otherwise (usually indicated with a "NO TURN ON RED" sign).
I actually live in Sacramento California, cops don't really instigate truck inspections, all trucks are usually required to stop at scales unless a sign says other wise..as for that freight train, that's actually about the length our local routes run. A lot of train tracks around the Sacramento area are abandoned. so iinterstate trains aren't that long
you'll notice big ticks and little ticks on the speedo. On all American Cars there is a big tick every 5 MPH. Which ones are labelled is up to the vehicle manufacturer, but the two most common ways are to label every ten on odds, or every ten on evens.
In America, if you are driving a truck, you are legally supposed to stop at weigh stations. It is the law unless the weigh station is closed or otherwise stated by the weigh station.
That old style car was a station wagon. You'll see those older cars that in warmer climate states were they don't have snow and the road salt rust out the cars. But its getting less and less nowadays due to gas prices and the fact that its so much easier to get a loan for a new car as opposed to an old one. Those old cars will sell for about $500-$1000 or less. The speed limit is because 35 is for side streets in industrial areas I believe, and 55 is the speed limit for tractor trailers.
I do like how accurate that is, cause when you drive somebody else's truck you never know if your gonna get a 10 speed, 13 speed, or an 18 speed for those heavy haulin trucks that's how you know you have a long haul trucker or a heavy haul truck is it has more speeds in the transmission
10:56 yeah it's different for some cars, some are 0, 20, 40, 60, and then maybe a dash in between for 10, 30, etc. And then like that they can go 5, 15, 25, which I believe is normal for a semi. I would have to check again but that's Merica.
15:40 In america 20-25 mpg is actually a good mileage. My pickup gets about 8-9 mpg. But then its over 30 yrs old and has 400,000 miles on the odomiter.
In America those inspection points are called ports of entry and most of the time they are only open certain hours a day. At night you usually don't have to do them
Typically the speed limits in America end in 5, like 25, 35, 45, 65. Sometimes you'll see 40, 50, and 55. Some states have 70 and up to 85. That why the speedometer is set up that way.
Sacramento is Northern California already, so the green is authentic. The last years with the drought it was different, but now... that's accurate. It starts getting dryer and brown the further South you head, and I'm talking towards Fresno or LA. San Francisco is still Northern California, and the further north you get, the greener everything is.
Yes we do, our roads have limits of 5s lol. Like 35,45,55, and 65 on most high ways. I’m not sure why we do that but in most roads you can do 5 mph above or below the speed limit which events you out to 10s
Hi squirrel my name is Eric I am a big fan of this American truck simulator I didn't playing two days straight and I really love this game as much as you do keep the videos coming bro I love them
I love how when you drive the kenworth your holding the revs in shift range your supposed to shift around 1800RPMs and aim for 1500 RPMs when Crusing. This is how we are taught about shifting in the real world Also you would split the 12th gear to 13th gear to avoid reving the RPMs too high
We have some roads with weird measurements. And you can take right hand turns on red in most states. Also 30-35 in thickly settled areas. 45-50 anywhere else. Highways are 65 but most of the time a most people go 80. And ramps have a speed of 25. Or usually that's how it is in the northeast. And freight trains aren't that long. Only two or three engines with about 20-100 cars.
It's not the police that make you stop for inspections they are sensors in the pavement on the highway, and if a truck passes it there is usually a sign that says the truck needs to pull over for inspection.
Don't forget that in America you can turn right on red
Not in all states.
+Oscar Bergqvist thats true doe
+AHPilot2018 But in most states you can. Unless the junction does specify not to turn right on red.
+AHPilot2018 All states except in New York City or specified otherwise.
+Oscar Bergqvist How many people die every because of this? Holy shit what a rule dude
In America, you can turn right on red, if clear, and there is no NO TURN ON RED sign
1st Infantrie, Veteran Gewehre very true I raged about this when I played for the first time
1st Infantrie, Veteran Gewehre yes there is you just havent seen any
You can in the game as well but same as real life you have to stop before the line then make your turn.
I've seen No turn on red signs in America.
i meant you can turn if there isnt a sign that says NO TURN ON RED
Three mods I can't wait to see
1: Real company names
2: Realistic traffic (we don't all drive 50's chevys)
3: Realistic exhaust sounds (Most trucks aren't that quiet)
+Daniel Perry 1 and 2 should hopefully be covered by jazzy cat if they made an ats mod, which I'm sure they will
Will Jones That is good to hear then
+Daniel Perry Yeah, the 50s chevys and other classic cars are rare-- in addition, they NEVER come out while it's raining, but we didn't get to see the rain in this.
And one to change those STUPID European on/off ramps and interchanges.
Mods I want:
1.) A mod specific for your home-state at 1:3 scale
2.) More trucks to choose from
3.) Realistic Graphical Mod
4.) A mod that makes the cities larger
5.) USPromods
6.) More options you can choose for your truck
7.) A new tutorial with Squirrel's voce on-top of it
8.) The Squirrel Airhorn
9.) More truck brands from SCS
10.) To go into Baja California as there's a sign that says Tijuana when going to San Diego.

Those cars that you couldn't name in the beginning with the wood paneling, and the 70's aesthetic are called 'Station Wagons.'
Specifically the oldsmobile cruiser
+XcizoR or to even get more sppecific....the griswald family truckster (national lamppons vacation)
+SaburoCherry or beech wagons to some of us
+peter bruce the older generations mistake, to others.
Station wagon is a type of car... Like SUV and sedan. Not a car model
As an american, I find his reactions to everything so funny.
Most speed limits in the US are by the 5s. (15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65) mph. 10:50
I have seen 20, 30, 40, and 50 as well.
in California, are they called High 5s
This game looks amazing!!! I'm a former long haul trucker in Canada and this is exactly what it's like. The addition of weight stations is realistic! I can't wait get this game!!!
5:05 Its called a station wagon and also you can turn right on red unless it says no right on red. But you have to yield for incoming traffic
I love the part where he doesn't know what the station wagon is 😂
or the part where he doesn't know you can turn right on a red light in the US
And the part where he doesn't know what American anything is 🤣
@ISAAC FEINBERG no, no it's not anymore boomer
@ISAAC FEINBERG yeah they were, back in the 70's bruh
ATS Diarys so they still called woodies regardless then ain’t they
you call that bad AI we call that californian drivers on any road around the country lol
haha
As a Californian I can confirm, we can’t drive.
@@FordCrownVic1995 Well ya'll still got better drivers than Tennessee and florida.
How did he back that thing up?! I can barely back my compact car in a parking spot correctly
it takes a lot of practice
i practiced backing up trailers with a four wheeler and now i can do a decent job at backing up a trailer with a suburban that you cannot see with the mirrors
really really easy, i'm 12 years old and i can back it up easily (somewhat in real life and mostly in games)
Isatnt bro I’m nine and I can do it E Z
Isaiah M. same

@Matt, while MPG or km/l is a deceptive ideal, it is used with O/o to help with your budget.
Also, US Companies only do Canada and US. Mexico has trucks that come up to forwarders in San Diego, CA, Laredo, TX and other border towns.
Just got this game and got it loaded. I love driving. The red long box car with the wood panels was called a "Stationwagon" and with wood panels it was also called a "Woody."
Im pretty sure the reason America uses 55mph is because they want you to drive 60, so when your 5 above like we all do then its perfect.
+Billy Jones That.. sounds rather legit actually.
***** Yea, 60mph is the most fuel efficient speed apparently, that may be why.
Vehicles towing trailers are limited to 55mph in California and can only stay in the two rightmost lanes on a freeway. Actually California passed a law where the statewide speed limit is 55MPH. Where I live in VA, we have speed limits up to 70
Different states have different max speed limits, in Texas we have some highways with speed limits up to 85 where people drive 100 lol
Before I get this title, I hope they add an 'ice road truckers' maps where they go all between alaska and the NWT of Canada.
They should add yukon

The trucking school my son works for is buying 30 copies of this game of simulator to teach driving
OK the reason it's 35,45,55 is so km are even and not 35.7 km/h
Squirrel it's called a scale and there was a sign that had two lights on it and said if lights are blinking please pull in
+Maser Lowery Also in America if the scale is open (lights blinking) it is illegal to pass them up. The other name for them is a weigh station...........

next up Australian truck sim
South American truck simulator
+andy roberts with ROAD TRAINS
+Kaiser that would be awesome
Rc trucking simulator
+Truggins that would be awesome
Here in Europe, a good analogue for miles/gallon would be km/L, which we do use.
But I've also seen L/100km on fuel efficiency displays, true.
Not gonna lie, it is kinda cool to see how excited you get about old American cars.
14:06 I've always heard them called Cloverleafs where I live, There's only one where I live but it is annoying because you can't always see the car coming off the ramp...

you suck
+Douglas Rampazo Ret's pray it is not.
He said "Lets Play". Nice troll attempt, tho.

Ethan Morgan you talking to me? Cuz I KNOW you're not talking to me
the weight stations are mandatory if you dont go in it you get a fine , my dad's a trucker
+Jimmy Biggums are the fines different in Pennsylvania?
Timothy Fuller im not sure dude
+Timothy Fuller I'm from pa and my dads a truck driver and he said that any fine you get when you have a cdl is doubled which means double points on your license as well.
20 tonnes of fruit, in America?
Super unrealistic.
I buy around 1tone X day. XD
jk I live in europe
+ColinZeal I'm sure they class ketchup as a fruit.
+ColinZeal maybe its jelly
What makes you think that?
+ColinZeal It's grape soda.
Notice the Tesla Model S in the last delivery drop? Nice...
Yup
All along the route I was noticing some! Love it!
+wvziccardi Glad someone noticed that as well. I saw that and was like "Wait a minute, was that a Tesla?"
In Euro truck too
My roommate/legal guardian (long story :p)
Works for tesla :)
Squirrel you can turn right on red in the U.S.
Yes
this would be perfect for VR
If you get google cardboard for a fiver, and use RiftCat, you can try it (oculus mode) out on your phone!
It is amazing! You should definitely try it if you have a VR headset!
It'd be great for VR. In 2D it's dull as shit.
I think you can connect it to VR now
8, 10 and 12 speeds are the most common gearing in the US. Our older trucks run 18 speeds. The cop didn't initiate the weight station, they are all over america and depending on a company's Safety score will determine if you have to stop or not or sometimes all trucks are required to stop.
I like how this game is very dynamic. I plan to pick this game up next month when there is more content and a bigger community.
Yea we call those cloverleaf interchanges
Yea, and I fucking hate them. The one that's near my town has really short ramps, but the north/south traffic is 70 MPH while the east/west traffic is 65 MPH. I can't build any speed to merge over because of the short ramp and the sharp curve.
Trucks in america don't move over for you to merge on interstate. :(
+Tasty Tyrone if its the same as the UK law then its not law to move over. Law states that you should match the speed of the main carriageway and filter in without make vehicles on the main carriageway change speed or direction.
It must be different then, cause I saw a semi get mulled over for not moving over, here in the states.
wow OK, bit heavy!
+Tasty Tyrone It really depends on the area that you are driving in. In rural areas most people will get in the left lane if they see someone on the on ramp, it isn't as common in busy areas with lots of traffic.
lol
Northen Cali is much greener than southern Cali around LA, which is where I assume you were.
Hank Hill u ass u assumed
Jacob Elmore not all COUNTRY roads are 35 mile per hour I live in the country and that is the slower speeds there is we have 55 mile per hour.
Just like in mi back road dirt road no speed limit its 55
Un-posted speed limit is 30 where I'm at.
Very good.
Nice explanation
10 to 20 mpg is double distance or 50% fuel consumption. 100 to 150 is 50% more distance. Are you saying that the ability to drive for a month and a half on a months worth of fuel is insignificant? Plus American vehicles (aside from scooters) can hardly touch 50 mpg. 30 is actually pretty good. So the 100/150 example is fairly ridiculous
Your point is not valid 0.o
The first example is a 100% increase in mpg
The second example is just a 20% increase in mpg
The third example is a 50% increase in mpg and as such there is not a 0.2gal difference there's a 0.5gal difference...that's 1.5x more efficient...
The station wagon lol! Had a laugh when he said "Oh wow, look at that American car!"
In Michigan Weight stations open Randomly. When open ALL trucks stop. There can be miles of trucks lined up for weigh, cops don't activate it. They enforce/ticket overweight trucks.
I hope there is a better variety of trucks than Euro truck sim 2 had.
I want those awesome trucks from 18 wheels of steel!
+The Marshmallow Man why so angry?
+The Marshmallow Man 2 trucks ready for release, many more ready but awaiting licence.
On ramps are much longer.. Well on the East coast they are.
+White on the west coast they are too
Luke Tobiasson I figured they would be. Idk why they would make them so short in game, that makes merging pretty difficult.
White Yeah. I guess just easier
The scale of the world is downsized, so the ramps are smaller
So i guess the trailers need to be downsized too? And you need to lower the speed...
"Some things never change, like the AI." Nope, that is EXACTLY how Americans drive
That freight train at 18:43 was a local freight. A local is a train that has 5-6 cars and goes out to switch cars at industries.
lol I love how he was like 200 miles that's a long distance and here I am a trucker and have driven in the past week 10,000 miles
I'm from Sacramento!
Do you feel famous now?
+Ethan Morgan I'll feel famous when they add Indiana!
+Bryce Wright im screwed im in new york...opposite side of the country
+ReadySetGame They said they will be adding more area as a dlc
+Bryce Wright oh I know they also said it could take 2 years to finish the full map of the us...I am on the opposite side of where they started...lol
so basically its euro truck simulator 2 but in America
Nope.
Yep but with much less map to explore (without mods that is)
QCAnubis3 but Euro truck map seems so generic, the cities are all the same
only shitter, only kenworth and peterbilt trucks, and if you paint your truck a colour, all the trucks on the road tend to default to that colour. Seriously like they said uh fuck it euros better.
fhhsvnggbh euro is better, but that doesn't mean USA is bad but I think every likes Euro better
this is sad he dousnt do anymore of these truck sim video's :(
They are called "weighbridges" here in the UK. To check your total "maximum authorised mass" doesn't exceed 44 tonnes (cab, chassis and trailer weight included). Im a trucker.
11:00 Yes the US does halfs and whole numbers.
Commonly you have in order like this: 5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 70, 80
I got the demo and it will stay that way! 😃
why?
Rufiogd cuss he can't buy it he's poor
Xkuq Gaming/tutorial wow dont say that
@@Said-jh1vo stfu
Why is the weather in Celsius isn't this American truck simulator
+John Reno it's because fahrenheit and the imperial system in general makes no sense
+WTFCoffeeBreak true, maybe I should use it 😀
+WTFCoffeeBreak Celsius doesn't make sense to us Americans
i know, that's because you're used with that measurement. But if you get to know the metric system, you'll see it makes more sense
WTFCoffeeBreak Yeah, but this is an AMERICAN trucking game, therefore, farenheit makes more sense
American Truck Sim... Uses Celsius.
+Dead Pixel i think he set that in the settings
I know, it was just a small joke.
Use **** beetwen the meme
Hank Hill for
Hi I love your truck simulator
Hi I love fernnbus simulator
Not everyone turns on red
3.3 mpg is very scary indeed
Munchkine26 indeed, but thats what happens when you over rev the engine on every gear
Yea i drive a 2019 freightliner daycab in reallife and my mpgs are round high 8's on a good day. That mpg doesnt seem right.
the boats on the water are called barges. they carry goods up and down rivers.
also, the weight stations at for every truck. they're not always open, but all trucks must stop at the open ones. it's to prevent large scale smuggling and shit. basically just a giant waste of time :/ mandatory though. and cops don't have a say whether you go to one.
2021 anyone
Don't get me wrong i loved ETS 2, but the simulator part is a bit of an over statement, wheres my random flats, why can i redline my engine for hours on end and get no damage, why is there still no exhaust smoke, why is there still no transmission temperature, why can't i burn the shit out of my clutch, why is there still no dynamic engine temp, i do like there games but sometimes i wish there was more realism to these games :(
I'm aware of that but even car racing games have pulled it off even proper damage models
It's called a simulator but it doesn't really simulate much, that's all I'm saying.
I'm aware of that, i was simply saying that it would be nice if they added stuff like this to there games, i think the games they make are good and could be better in the future by adding some of these features to make it more of a simulator.
+Hellboy Chur "I do like *their* games"
Sorry my grammar is not perfect.
In America you are allowed to tern right on red lights
Talk about a damn good first parking job. Kudos to the real ones who do it realistically. And technically the half unit measurements do infact go half normally.
I love Euro trucking, and I couldn't wait for this to come out. I wanted to see a play through and after watching you for 10 minutes, I bought it. the graphics are amazing AND I get to drive on the Right side of the road. This is best played with a steering wheel!
Thanks Squirrel, and I've been subscribed.
North into Alaska could be Ice Road truckers. OMG!
You Sound Like a BBC Radio One Person.
you can turn right on red.. you were being stupid not the A.I. lol
+Nigel Varnado
I am guessing if you can turn right on red you still have to give way.

I've been watching him for years and I'm starting everything over again I love his content so much
@ 5:07 That would be a station wagon, the predecessor to the SUV or minivan, not sure what make that one was.
This is great. The game designs filled the game with 50% classic cars and the rest cops. SO many cops\police. Hilarious.
I think we can all agree weve waited for this for so long, so glad they made this game. Maybe they'll add it to consoles? Hopefully. Good vid man.
I live in Sacramento and I like your enthusiasm over it :). And yes, lots of blue sky, but too many clouds.
At night you usually don't have to do them
You drive so good, I try to do those hard parking jobs and always mess up.
Yeah, that Futurama car, a 1959 Cadillac Elderado I think. I quite like those old 50's American cars, from about 55 to 59 they look really nice.
Just got this game and starting this series! Bought a wheel and shifter as well. Excited to see you're adventures!
the name was a station wagon for the old 70's car you was talking about. it was around where the guy was dancing it the park.
How awesome! I live in California and the landscape is spot on
,
first delivery they've even included a guy trying to break in to walbert
good vids squirrel. subbed
