Smartest choice would be: buying a normal qled tv(non smart one's) preferably by LG/SAMSUNG/XIAOMI buying external smart box like mi box/firestick/Chromecast etc. Get the cheapest local fibre connection with lowest plan(in my case 100mbps@₹500pm) Get ott off your choice. This is the best way trust me. By understanding what i need i can change any subscription at my will.
I don't think there are any non-smart qled LED TVs now. I may be wrong though. Let me know if there are. The only ones I saw were FHD or lower, 32 inch or lower ones.
Most basic plan from bsnl that you’ll required if you have that TV is 399+taxes. I say buy that TV after someone on internet found a way to install normal Android TV OS and a way to defend taking back the TV for not paying the subscription, a legal way. This country has some rules about a person’s freedom, don’t let these scam companies take that away from you.

Plus, it should some chinese cheap OEM TV boards, after all, it is micromax, I don't think DOR have the budget to manufacture it's own boards. For me I will just rip off the PCB inside and only use the panel and I will install my custom OS on to it or heck just put in the HDMI card and attach the Amazon fire stick on to it. I mean it's such a modable product

But alas, techwisers are really focused on making paid reviews and don't really show the cons in most of their videos. So if a brand really pays you do you guys sort of forget other things that you review have cons too? Pretty sure there would be less cons and this TV would have been recommended by you guys if Dor had paid you for the review.
Definitely.. they were not paid and thus they made a biased review. There are things which they have not even said in this review video. Being a DOR Tv user myself I have a very good experience and this just contradicts all of it. The thing is new brands like this have to be given time to grow. Customer should be patient that is all they ask.

But even if you own the tv you have to get WIFI connection and most wifi connection comes with ott plans.. i dont see the hustle.. and moreover its money you are paying to get the TV so there is no point in justifying new brand or whatsoever.. But what it has not what the future can hold.
This deal doesn't sound feasible but I've heard they also have plans for 65 inch qled tvs, like 1 lakh tv at 20k. You should cover that because if that's actually cost effective then that'll actually be beneficial for people who need good tv but don't have the budget. Buy TV in emi instead of buying this crap. I know in coming days some tech youtubers will show you how to root the device and install custom roms, etc. this will be a gamble as those tricks might not work (remember brands are also aware of such practices). Even if you unlock this device it might not work for whole life and you might have to do such installations frequently. From Buisness perspective: With High Risk there is High Reward for them. They are also aware some people will bypass monthly subscription cycle and many will not return TV even after not paying monthly subscription. Still they will earn money by loyal people.
9:14 as of December 2024 there's no 30 mbps jio fiber plan that gives ott with the internet for 599. Neither the 30 mbps is 599 nor it has ott apps included. The jiofiber plan with included ott is 150 mbps minimum and after gst its cost per month is 1178 inr. So the price of the kodak tv + Ott+ internet for year 1 is 22177 And 5 yrs price is around 85000 for the kodak tv.
Excuse me there is a plan of 30 mbps with jio fiber with ott for 599 a month but doesn’t include prime and netfilx actually its 705 per month after taxes and you can get netflix and prime also along with 30 mbps at 888 a month which is actually 1000 per month or you can get 100 mbps speed without prime and netflix at 899 a month which is also nearly 1000 a month

Fancode is also used by many for sports content . It gives coverage of other nation's cricket and to vast amount of football with hockey and kabaddi content. I think if you pin this it will be beneficial for anyone coming to the comment section

So the video creator wants a 44 inch 4K tv for 10000 and also not pay subscription of 799. But he is okay with paying 20000 for other TVs(Kodak!! Not even vu) and pay individual subscriptions costing at least 1500 Rs per month (18k/year)
