@@PeteRyan-v6n a decent 1-3 second eccentric is good for standardizing form and preventing injury not really growth aspect decently slow so a high force velocity change as well my hack squat is a little fast though tbh

I train every other day so I train 3-4 x a week and take 3-4 rest days a week full body, my rest times are 4-7 minutes 😊
