    I just picked mine up with almost the exact same options (silver). I have the heated steering wheel. Remote start works via the key fob. Press the lock button 3x but hold on the 3rd press. You'll see the lights start to flash and the car will start. I'm having a problem with my car receiving text messages and emails.

    If you had optioned the car with the heated steering wheel, the wood sections would remain cold. Only the leather sections at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions are heated.

    I have a 2015 ES 350. Unfortunately, I don't have a garage or carport. I only have 2,000 miles on it and I had to take it in to get the skyroof drainage pipes cleared. The interior moisture damage to the car will probably cost $1500-$2000 when all is said and done. It appears to be a design flaw as the 2016 ES 350 that I am renting while repairs are being done don't appear to have the skyroof drainage tubes. I have since purchased a car cover or would otherwise find myself in the same situation every 6 months or so. Any words of wisdom (emphasis added) would be appreciated. Love the car and would consider "trading it up" if the (design) problem were corrected in newer models.

    Auto start on the key FOB, why ? What reason could you have to start the car before you get in ? A clear bra for the front of the car ? Never seen one on a Lexus, and seems totally unnecessary. Turning headlamps ? Again, with a wide field, they aren't necessary. Talks about the cruise control speeding up on curves, again, why would that come into play at all, cruise control is for the highway bro, not driving to the grocery store on surface roads. All of these things are nitpicking and don't tell me a thing about whether to own this vehicle. Maybe his father should have reviewed the car, since he mentioned him 47 times. Does the car ride well ? Have you had maintenance issues ? Pros & Cons ?

    250hp yet 26 mpg combined? I have never driven any Japanese car before so this kinda sounds impossible to me. I used to drive a Mini cooper s 2.0L turbocharged with 189 hp, and only got 28 mph combined. Sometimes it even dropped to as low as 26 if I had some heavy foot.

    Auto closing trunk has to be the dumbest idea of the century. Like you can reach up and push the button to close it, but you can't just use a teeny bit more effort and close it yourself? A trunk of a car requires practically zero effort to close manually so I just cannot fathom why anybody would need that.

    • @JJJosh949
      @JJJosh949 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think most buy it for the auto open. There are times when you have groceries or luggage in hand that may be not worth it to set down and lift. Just simple connivence just like push button.
