In my humble opinion, there is no need to be sad about getting the Condos in Sentosa Cove as I personnally think that it is a high risk of purchase it on a 40% discount.
Would rather save up the money for our own retirement so that we can really enjoy in our latter years.

Did you find out exactly WHY the developers price it at a discount at 40 percent? Developers has so much at risk by selling such a steep discount! As usual, developers may want to unload their ' lemons' to you! When a deal is too good to be true, there lays a trap!

Everyone knows Sentosa is already way over priced. If the foreigners want to sell amongst themselves and deceive each other into buying, thats their choice. But locals should not join in if you don't want to get your fingers burnt into crisps.

Mr Loo, your initial video on Sentosa is clearly factual. There is no need to feel sour. Sentosa is a very unique place for property investment or own stay. Only very extra ordinary people can stomach the cost that comes with it. We move on. :)
I personally find that it is not that attractive to live in a condo in Sentosa Cove. Condos might only be suitable for those couples with no children and each have a car.

Just saw the eric chew research youtube on 15 april regarding sentosa all condos past 15 years profit or loss transactions. One of the unit loss $6millions . So sentosa investment is not for normal guys like us, its for whom able to sustain this kind of losses and still breathing..🤒
Stay near the beach and cannot do fishing, that is a pain. It is just like you stay in hotel with beautiful infinite pool but cannot go go swimming..

Once a lifetime to get deep discount. Property is relative cost to others. what's more, being near to your kid and grand children while living nice nice place, well renovated, safety and much lesser travel time compared to JB. You cannot bring money to grave. What's the point taking risk to do businesses and not using the money for better retirement. Pay the monthly fee ! Is well within your budget. Don't miss out again on subsequent launch. :)
yes maintenance fee is 1200 to 1400 per month

Jai Hind. In the longer term, I think that it is still better to settle in and enjoy lives in Sentosa than living abroad in Jason Bay or Ghost city.

The condos are neither here nor there. Locals who want that luxury and location most likely will want landed.
