Its because this is made by ai (im 90% sure) Ai sucks at identifying gender. And this is how u can identify between recaps made with ai.
It's because it was translated from Korean. The words may be in English so it's either a bad scanlation(translated manga) or they fed the AI the Korean version and synced it with the English one. In Korea, they don't use male or female pronouns but honorifics relating to one's status. So if you're referring to someone older or in a higher position it translates to male pronouns and vice versa for lower status/age and female pronouns.
