I enjoyed the review. The prostock sounds awesome. I liked the Speed MP, but went for the Pro for the more consistent stringbed. I am using the 360+ version. I still wish the speed would keep a 22mm beam. The 23mm beam feels too thick at times, but I enjoy how nice the racket does everything well.
It's better to list the specs : static weight / swingweight / balance (unstrung) static weight / swingweight / balance (strung) And also let us know whether the unstrung racquet is completely unmodded. If there is lead under the bumper or weight in the handle, the static weight will be different from the published weight of the pro stock racquet. In this way, we know its characteristics/performance (unmodded or slightly modded).
I had the radical MP (2021) and now the speed MP (2022). The perfect head racket for my game is a stiffer speed MP with 22mm beam... Radical is nice buth the 16x19 is very close in the middle and I feel that it doesn't flex in an uniform way like for example a wilson pro staff... Don't know why, maybe someone can explain this to me, or maybe is just a sensation...
The radical is a modern racket the stringbed doesn’t pocket the ball for long like it does on Speed MP or Pro Staff. And maybe it’s stiffer the frame doesn’t have that kind of flex pocketing feel. It’s just what it is. I don’t like playing with the Radical because of that.
I currently play with the older head speed mp (2018) 285 gm and I'm satisified with all it's specs except the power, so how could I customize it to have more power compared to the latest versions or shall I have to switch to this new speed mp version? thank you in advance.
That version of Speed is quite powerful for me. I do not think the current Speed is more powerful than that. Something you can do is change string setup or add some lead to the hoop.
I really wanted to like the speed mp auxetix. Basis the experience that I had really liked the last version non auxetic speed mp. But I hated it. I currently play with the radical mp 2021 model. I hope Head ditches auxetic for good. It's screwing up good racquets.
@@tantennis how can we verify this? According to dr325i on TT, who is the most knowledgeable person on head Prostocks that I’ve seen, the TGTs do not have a different layup versus their retail counterparts. The PTs do. The different feel is likely a result of silicone in the handle
Can you say what is better? What is so special about this? I know pro players that play with matte paint which is extremely unpopulat amongst amateurs because supposedly "more muted" feel. Feel is subjective, people hit with ugo humberts blade 98 and said that it feels like a blade v7, hella muted with matte paint. Its all in the head, if something was so special everybody would use it. Give roger federer rafas aero with rpm blast in 1.35 gauge see how he describes the "feel".@@tantennis
@@revio000 I think we describe it clearly in the video what is better than the retail. On feel, yes it’s subjective but for me the easiest reference is H22 pocketing feel.

I agree it should be 22mm
Great review guys
Thanks!

for retail speed mp feels short and fat, that comment is spot on! is it same for speed pro?
Oh you feel that too? I thought it was just me lol. Speed Pro not as much.
Where did you get the six one 95 16x19?
When you have the opportunity review the MP graphene XT. Folks say it's better than the last versions.
Not sure if I can find. Never seen one in the market.
how do you even get something like that Pro Stock TGT339.2?
We got a lot more. Stay tune!

Buy a Speed MP Graphene XT (22mm beam) on TW it is available
is the tgt339.2 worth buying to try? i saw a second hand pretty cheap on the market
You NEED to take it. It's rare and not often available. Many people are looking for it.
@@tantennis I am like an intermediate player, will it be too demanding to play? I am currently liking the radical mp/percept 100D and I hit flat
@@chanlegend if you can play with the radical mp then you can play with this one
@@tantennis wow i will get it then, althought the condition isnt the best
Tan are you getting a Nordicdots 99 for testing ?
They did not reply my texts so I guess not.

I think a lot of people like Auxetic and now Head put it in the racket even more with the 2.0
AFAIK the 339.2 is the 360 Speed without the commercial weights on the handle. Not sure why it would be so special 🤷♂️
It’s a pro stock with the whole different layups. Feels different than the retail version.

which court are you guys playing at?
I have 2x TGT339.2 much better than the retail version, less power need lead
Way better
