I did this ride many years ago, from the San Mateo prison up to the radar station and down to pacifica. Would want an e-mountain bike to do it today but very scenic

Beautiful day & location. Glad you didn’t encounter any hikers on the trail itself (saw one flash by waiting at an overlook). Couple spots there could have been pretty dicey if someone popped up in the track (say around a corner)!
Might not look like it from the video but the sights lines are pretty long, so easy to see people well in advance. But also I usually ride there on week days where I hardly see anyone at all,, hikers OR bikers. Weekend is different for sure

I usually park on Higgin's Way. There's usually plenty of parking and the trail head is just at the end of the street.

None, really! Actually didn't saw any the whole way down, the trail was also trimmed a few days ago by a good samaritan so very little brushes contact
