"Live for those who couldn't" that really struck a chord, I wanna say thanks for putting that out there. It reminds me of a really good guy and how I hope to make him proud, do what he taught me justice. He couldn't live anymore and I really wish he could've stayed but that helps because I know if I can keep bringing out what he could see in me that'll make it worth it. I honestly don’t want a lover, in fact I want to wait until my senior year of high school, or when the time comes. I just want a friend. someone I can stay up till 3:00 am talking to on the phone when im having a rough day, someone who will always be by my side, someone that is so close to me that they would be like a brother or sister or sibling. I just want to have a friend I can rely on :/ my old friends from school just stopped talking to me when the lockdown hit, and my friends from my sports team aren’t really the kind I can vent all my feelings out to. I don’t even want a group of friends, just one friend is all I ask for.

Hi. I used to listen to these playlists when I was in high school, late at night, alone, with one small light trying its best to illuminate the room. And back then, I promised myself, when things got better, I would come back here and tell you all. Tell you all how much your positive comments helped me. Tell you, that there is light at the end of the tunnel. That the hope this little corner of the internet gave me is real. Well, things didn't get better. I moved countries to study the program I was passionate about, but the depression stayed, and even worsened. I lost a few friends and found a few more. I found the love of my life. I am one of the top scorers at my university, and a few weeks ago, I finished a teaching internship as lead course instructor in the city. All this time, while not feeling okay, while having survived two su*cide attempts. And today, when I'm having another rough day, I remembered this playlist, and the hope it gave me. And I realized, there is no end point. Things will never be okay enough. And that doesn't have to mean that I wait for it to get better. This is me, this is the life I have. Even though my mental health isn't the great, I've still accomplished so much. Maybe this feeling of emptiness or sadness will never go away. But that's ok. I will still be here, and keep trying. I just want to say, thank you to every brave soul who filled this section with their little rays of sunshine. So I have pretty severe anxiety and moderately severe depression I think. All I do now is get stoned and play overwatch every day because that's literally the only motivation I have, but the bootleg channel always helps me feel a little better and reading everyone's comments here helps me feel like I'm not all by myself

hiii!! :D maybe you came here because you had/are having a bad day, or just came to chill. sometimes, you just feel empty and just a little ball of sadness.. :( but that doesnt mean you should give up! whatever you're going through, i want you to keep fighting. even if you dont feel like it, just push bit by bit everyday!! because i know you have it in you to give it your all!!! >:) sometimes when you're that ball of sadness, you don't feel like you wanna keep going. i admit i'm guilty of that every once in a while, but its VERY important to keep a positive and healthy mindset :] heres a little list of things i like to do when im feeling down... go for a walk outside 🚶♀️ go for a walk inside of you house 🏠 stretch ☺ exercise 🏋️♀️ read a book 📚 listen to music 🎶 draw/ doodle ✏ play an instrument 🎸 make scrambled eggs 🥚 eat scrambled eggs 🍳 call/text a friend 📱 make a (friendship) bracelet 🤞 those are just a few things but ofc you can do whatever you desire!! :D *fun fact* : most foods dont have any vitamin D in them, which is very important for humans! but.. the sun light gives off alot of vitamin D, so go on your balcony or go on a walk and **consume** it!! >:D i always feel very bad when one of my friends are not opening up their emotions/venting to me. its always better to loosen up

At first, I just thought I was bored. I was just sitting down in my couch looking at the wall. And then that’s when my anxiety and paranoia went through the roof, and I was left there lost in thought. That’s when the realization that I was lonely just kicked in. I’ve never cried just from a thought like that. I’m not close to any of my “friends”, just got out of a relationship of two months because she decided to finally tell the truth that she never actually wanted to date in the first place. Thoughts hurt. And I don’t know what to do.

It reminds me of a really good guy and how I hope to make him proud, do what he taught me justice. I used to listen to these playlists when I was in high school, late at night, alone, with one small light trying its best to illuminate the room. And back then, I promised myself, when things got better, I would come back here and tell you all. Tell you all how much your positive comments helped me. Tell you, that there is light at the end of the tunnel. That the hope this little corner of the internet gave me is real.
Well, things didn't get better. I moved countries to study the program I was passionate about, but the depression stayed, and even worsened. I lost a few friends and found a few more. I found the love of my life. I am one of the top scorers at my university, and a few weeks ago, I finished a teaching internship as lead course instructor in the city. All this time, while not feeling okay, while having survived two su*cide attempts.
And today, when I'm having another rough day, I remembered this playlist, and the hope it gave me. And I realized, there is no end point. Things will never be okay enough. And that doesn't have to mean that I wait for it to get better. This is me, this is the life I have. Even though my mental health isn't the great, I've still accomplished so much. Maybe this feeling of emptiness or sadness will never go away. But that's ok. I will still be here, and keep trying.
I just want to say, thank you to every brave soul who filled this section with their little rays of sunshine.
These are my two cents after being on this road for a while:

So I have pretty severe anxiety and moderately severe depression I think. All I do now is get stoned and play overwatch every day because that's literally the only motivation I have, but the bootleg channel always helps me feel a little better and reading everyone's comments here helps me feel like I'm not all by myself

At first, I just thought I was bored. I was just sitting down in my couch looking at the wall. And then that’s when my anxiety and paranoia went through the roof, and I was left there lost in thought. That’s when the realization that I was lonely just kicked in. I’ve never cried just from a thought like that. I’m not close to any of my “friends”, just got out of a relationship of two months because she decided to finally tell the truth that she never actually wanted to date in the first place. Thoughts hurt. And I don’t know what to do.
