Strauss for sure, but between 9:45 and 10:30 sounds a LOT like Dukas and his Sorcerer's Apprentice (written about 6 years before). I love the intertwining of composers and their music!
A completely different sound-world to Richard Strauss. Also I am not sure that Bartok was an eclectic composer. My ears hear something very different. Experts would no doubt find it in the orchestration techniques.
Peter Williams In my humble opinion, this work is to be placed in the Lisztian style with which it has great stylistic affinity, especially the spirit of "Les Preludes" "Tasso" and "Mazeppa" is doubtlessly audible... 🤔🤔🤔
Instead of searching and guessing who the musicians performing and the orchestra playing and the conductor is, - why did you not star this information ??

FOURTH! YESSSSS!!!!!
Sounds very Straussian to me :)
Exactly what I wanted to admit..it is not only Straussian, but very much in Tchaikovsky's style
E korai Bartók stílus éppoly' zseniális, mint a későbbiek.
