I'm Finnish and despite having grown up with Trio Saletti version, I do think they are all equally good in their own way. 👍

I have a theory that the Näsä/Nåså is supposed to be a kin to a Vampire, since they only come inside once they have been invited.

The Danish version is the original from 1991 by the Danish Trio "De Nattergale".

      ”someone knocked at the door”
      ”I didn’t hear anything”
      ”for sure someone did”
”well who could it be in this God awful weather”
      ”that’s anyones guess”
”good day. I’m a traveling salesman, I sell shoes and socks and stuff”
”yes but we’re not buying anything”
”I didn’t mean exactly that. I had a little problem with my car, and I don’t know this area at all. There were some bushes and trees and the road…well the road bom bom bom…you live here alone?”
”No, I have that Kerttu and a dog”
      ”a dog?”
      ”yes”
”not some killer pitbull terrier, right?”
”No, it’s not like that. How should I say this it has some german shepherd in it and some lassie and it’s father was actually butcher’s worn out dog”
”ohh, so a mixed (?) or a tutti frutti and stuff?”
      ”yes, exactly”
      ”where’d I leave off?”
      ”your car”
”oh yeah yeah, I ran out of gas and stuff”
”well I have a gas canister in the shed I could-”
”you know I said I ran out of gas but the tire popped too and stuff”
”well theres a jack outside, it can’t take that long to-”
”you know I said the tire popped but I didn’t notice to say that it burnt out. The motor and stuff. Everything happened at the same time and stuff”
”an accident never comes alone said my brother when the milkmaid gave birth to twins-”
”yeah it just stopped. And I don’t know this area at all and it’s absolutely pouring and stuff and it’s so cold, so I thought if…if..uhh”
”well come inside if you must..”
”that’s what I thought and stuff”
”we were just eating, would you like some?”
      tried my best lol😭

The Finnish one is the best one, the actors just fit the best to those characters.
