- I just bought this, noticed there wasn't much on the internet about the Trance 2's. So I quickly threw this video together so if someone is thinking about getting one they have something to look at until it comes in.
It's quick and nimble a great bike.

Best ever I have the exact same bike! I chose black pedals though..... for extra stealth😉

Looks like yours has the 2018 seat dropper lever. On the 2019's the lever is updated, as you can see by scrolling down to the second pic of the bike on Giant's website. Another cool feature for 2019 is that the wheels are 30mm wide compared to 23mm wide for the 2018's.
korelinlakes I have the 2019 and it still has that lever, it does have the 30mm wheels though.

is this a 1x11 or 2x11 shifter? i saw on internet it was a 2x11 but i only see on shifter on his right side of the bar. can anyone explain?
Drama Lama it’s a 1x11 30 teeth up front cassette goes 11 to 46
@@moonlitwater2772 ah thank you for the fast response! i order one yesterday and it came with the 2x11. its probably due to the fact that its the GE edition. Stands for Global edition apparently
Considering buying this bike. I have heard that the front end is over matched to the rear shock. Is this true?

OH Yeah. this bike has the look. Had it out three times already (tomorrow at sunrise will be the 4th) Very time out it turned heads and started conversions. Trust me pictures don't do this beauty justice.

Bo Lawrence this is my first true MTB so I don’t have much to compare to. But I have no complaints other than possibly the front sprocket being too small, 30 teeth I’m gonna Increase that soon so I have more gear

Thanks. The pedals are Giant Pinner DH Flat Pedals . From what my bike shop guy says is they just came out or maybe HE just got them in. And Oh Yeah they do look sweet, I love the feel and they grab on to your shoes like a pit bull. They came in at just under $100.00

I have no idea but the trance does come in 29 & 27.5, this one is a 27.5

What size frame and how much does it weigh?
Joseph Conley the size is small. I have not weighed it. And I’m hesitant to take a guess.
@@moonlitwater2772 I believe it weighs just over 29 lbs. Pretty good for an affordable bike with 140/150mm suspension travel!
