So I bought this phone at Best Buy on April 1st, 5-months ago. I think that's the problem. Mine was having trouble activating right from the start. I charged it overnight, and it's not powering up anymore. Mine was 1/2 charged, and when I wanted to return it, they denied me bc they found a scratch on the frame near the volume. It didn't affect it's ability to work though, but they were firm in saying no returns. I also bought mine on sale too. I should've stuck with Motorola. On a budget Motorola 's phones are so well made. At least, I'm not the Lone Ranger in feeling taken. I will say something in their defense though. The people at BLU are very polite.
Bestbuy didn't want to refund it and claim I broke it. Cause their workers won't claim something as in Good condition and resell it if it was glitchy. I had to file a lawsuit. Please don't buy from bestbuy.
@@Unwrapons It's a $100 smartphone, it's practically e-waste, I'm not surprised that bestbuy didn't want to refund it, especially because it's not broken. It's working just as BLU intended and as any other $100 smartphone would. If that lawsuit sees a judge with any sense they'll throw it out immediately.
@gogovideo10 It was glitching, as you saw in the video. A quick Google search on Blu’s website shows that some of their newer model phones have this problem. So it’s a matter of principle that Best Buy claimed it wasn’t glitching or broken, but it was when sold to me.
