for wild item box card following with green shell. you can picky any player to pick a card. then who is in turn next?
The person left of the player who played the wild box item card. If turn order is going right because of a reverse card, then the person sitting to the right of the player who played the wild box item card goes next.

I have a question please reply 😭 if the mushroom is played and you don’t have any or the numbers or colors and then you the pick up a card, does the person get to play again or do we move on to the next person?
If the card you picked up can be played, do so. If not, your turn is skipped.
