Thanks! Found it in the walnuts section. Do you usually put the compression ring on the tube, then force it over the bar or is there a tool or method to hold it open and slide over the tubing?
Great to hear. I don't have a tool and don't know of one. I just work it on. I sit at my desk and push on just the compression ring with the edge of the desk and let the hose push through.
I’m putting a fuel line in the tank. I remember you have talked about them a lot but can’t remember a specific video. Will you point me to a video that has that in it for reference?
I've made around 200 sled videos. I can't remember the contents of them any better than you can. middle to end of the walnuts series is probably a good place to look, but which one in particular? I don't remember.
Hey Nutter, Im working on my 98 INDY500 with reverse and i am replacing the chain. The chain thats in it now is a 68 link chain (but has a lot of slack with the tesioner as tight as possible), or would you go to a 66 link chain. Im just wondering if it should have the slack for reverse. what would you recccomend? Thanks again
Maybe you can shed some light. A buddy and I found 2 1972 polaris sleds, the guy I got mine from said it's a colt 340. The one my buddy got says tx 335. They are both free air with aluminum tunnels.

Whatever it came with from the factory. I don't memorize things like chain link counts. You can look that up in an online parts list.
