The Platinum/ First Class Lounge next door is more private and quiet, with fine dining served to the table. However, I notice the Business Class section has better choices of food.

That's good to know - I'll have to try out the Platinum/First next time!

Loved the video! Well explained! Thanks for that! I am heading that way very soon so I am already doing my TH-cam research! 😁 Was just wondering if there is any alcoholic drinks on offer at this lounge? Didn't seem to see any on that fridge! 😋 Cheers

@Accioly72 Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed it!😁There is actually a 'Sports bar' area that serves a big range of alcohol many people miss (including myself and that's why it's not mentioned anywhere in this review). The Sports bar is near the entrance to the main lounge area on the left. You can see the specific entrance to the sports bar at 0:36 of this video on the left hand side. I've been told there is a big range of alcohol and you are free to take your drink into the main lounge area - you just have to order it from here. Hope it helps and hope you enjoy it very soon!

Do I have to check in and pass through immigration counter before accessing this Golden Lounge Satellite ? My flight is 9am. Check in counter wont open at 6am... am hoping to arrive before 6am to access the lounge, possible?

@pureland2012, you will need to check in and clear through immigration before you can access this lounge. In addition to this, this lounge is located in the Satellite Terminal which requires taking a free 5 minute shuttle bus from the main terminal. All international departures will be from the Satellite Terminal to my knowledge, so assuming you are taking an international flight, you will be able to have some time at this Golden Lounge before your flight.
Judging your situation of your flight leaving at 9am. you can arrive at KLIA at 6am to drop off baggage (do online check in before the day before to save more time), clear security and immigration by 630am and arrive at the Satellite Golden Lounge by 7am. You should get atleast 1 to 1.5 hours at the Golden lounge before boarding.
If you want to see a detailed journey from the KLIA Main Terminal to the Satellite lounge, I have this stepped through in my flight review video here!:

Up to 3 hours of access can be spent at any Golden Lounges 👍🏻

Lounge needs to be upgraded badly.

One of the worse lounge ever visited, lack of privacy seat, the food selection is limited, if you sit too long in the lounge it will freeze you. The restroom is so stinky.
