- I'm having a hard drive clear out and found this lurking. This was my first try at Hetman: War Stories. I didn't know what to expect. It was an early version of the mission back in September, and has been updated since. It showed great promise as a mission then.
I left it uncut as it was so short.

The mission is fun, only if vehicles are involved, it tends to order you to embark and disembark repeatedly...
Sabeth Nadiri I have left the vehicle and gone for a walk by myself before which didn't work. Another time I was a support vehicle ordered to the back of the battlefield and there I stayed. I used the command in the radio menu to select a random role, which is probably the best way to find some action.
leadminer21 My player character permanently reports wrong enemies which are friendlies, I think it can also be seen at the beginning of this video. On map icons are purple, but turn blue then. There is a problem, Houston.
I get it a lot in other missions where civilians get reported as enemies. Often it's because they are unknown but it is annoying because it happens so often and sends the AI into go slow mode.
leadminer21 Exactly this is the problem. In Hetman you typically need to walk longer distances until combat and this makes it unplayable.
The thing is, with this mission, you never know what you are going to get. In the mission in th-cam.com/video/Gos0CzyZ0Mw/w-d-xo.html I used the option in the menu to randomly change to another role and ended up right at the front. You can also use team switch to pick a different role if you want.
