Dear Dr. Maya i think few professions are outliers in terms of salary. But if you compare salary of drivers and professors in Norway the difference is not that huge and salaries for the same professions in India the difference is huge. That is what I meant by less disparity
I think part time revenue is less compared to India. I'm teaching just 2hr per day and get 8k per month, which more than enough to live and save too. However doing non academic job in India will not give you such a revenue
