You don't have to excuse yourself but maybe think about the difference between two pro's that have been dancing since childhood (had a private talk with both Nils and Biance at the Euro Dance Festival) and a couple that may dance here and there. Nils himself said to me that Swing isn't about being the best and showing off great moves and technique, it's about having fun and enjoying the music! They just ALSO happen to have fun in taking part at competitions and creating some crazy moves. But that's just the top :) I'm also a dance teacher and want to share the message that dancing is about having fun with your partner and not saying who's better and who's not
This makes me miss my grandparents they were the swingest dancers and my grandma was amazing at the jiv :/ this is sooo awesome !!
