in essence, as a matter of fact, the president's ability to declassify material using executive privilege has never been challenged in the way bidens trying to do. per the letter of the law, a president doesn't have to use any special means to declassify material since they're the head of the executive branch. the closest thing that's ever been bought to court is the clinton sock drawer scandal. if that's the template used to settle these matters, then it was indeed a witch hunt.

This legal mess is a direct result of active alcohol and drug addiction. Period. Anyone who is in recovery or has family in recovery knows all too well what cleaning up the wreckage of the past requires -- courage, fortitude and resilience. Do the police investigate every person who uses illegal drugs and alcohol and owns a gun to ensure that they didn't lie on their documentation? And if the police do so, the courts must be filled with the cases and if proven guilty, the jails must be full of these criminals.
