We’ve had 2 XC90’s and loved them both very reliable and family friendly.

Great video. It's getting harder to find well-maintained examples, but good used units still make one of the best people haulers in 2022. They are thirsty, but safe and extraordinarily comfortable! There are some great Apple Carplay radio retrofit options for this car now.

A very important thing to mention in my opinion is the great combination it has between On Road Stability and comfort And Off Road capability which i think is not available in any other 7 seater same practical size SUV.

Not seen on any review yet of this car, but you also can put flat (forward) the passenger seat, for really long stuff

It's crazy that in 13 years they couldn't do 1 simple refresh to the dash and just throw in a decent sized infotainment screen around 2009/2010 when they S60 got redesigned...I feel sorry for anyone who bought the XC90 from 2008-2015...they definitely made up for it when the new XC90 came out in 2016 but could have easily sold many more units in the years leading up to the redesign if they had just made the effort

Agreed. I put a 10” touchscreen into mine and it changed the whole vibe of the car

You can operate the satnav by buttons at back of steering wheel as well as remote control, its still crap to use though.

Excellent review guys.. and I miss the old xc90 volvo.. more stronger than new one.. I heard the new one too much technology and xc90 stop on the road.. and too much money 90-$100k
    Kongo for life...

Imagine having owned one, and then coming to review one, and still not knowing that the Sat-Nav controls are on the back of the steering wheel.

This was labeled as a review of the 2015 then at the end, we’re directed to “next year’s model” which is 2014.
    Something’s off.

Gearbox, DPF, etc. But gearbox you need to be sure it's been serviced else expect it to be toast at great expense to yourself. The earlier models were less reliable so newer ones the gearbox and engine issues are far fewer....
