Mid-April Heavy Snow Causes Power Outages in Wisconsin | April 17, 2023

Thousands were without power Monday morning as a wet, heavy, snow fell on La Cross, Wisconsin. Snow quickly added up to over a foot in places which causes tree limbs to snap, and for roadways to be treacherous. This created for many accidents around the area.
