I really think no one can really tell you, because it depends if you are made for that mentality and style of fast-growing work environment. You can check Glassdoor for reviews from people with your position, but for me it just did not feel like my best option. I wish you most of luck, especially with finding an apartment and do not worry. It will work out :)

thank you for your reply my friend, to begin with, northvolt gives me a single room for free for the first 6 months (the big question is what kind of room it will be, you don't know until you see it with your own eyes) the salary they offer me is acceptable, especially since I come from a country where salaries are 3x lower, I was told that my place is only 10 minutes from the Northvolt factory, so everything sounds promising, I hope I won't regret it 😐

It sounds like they put you in the Northvolt camp, like everyone who has not found an own apartment yet. But don’t worry about it, because many people there are going to be in the same situation as you are. So I think it is easy to find friends. The first weeks are probably very overwhelming, a lot of instructions, but you will know if it’s the right thing or not after everything settles. 😊

thank you for the encouragement, friend. That's right, I will be in some kind of camp that is supposedly very close to Northvot, I'm not so much worried about the accommodation as I am about the job itself, I hope it's not about the pure exploitation of workers like it is the case in my mother country
