Or do I need to listen to specific parts to get specific messages? 8 hours is a bit long for my battery. I usually just put it to the last 2ish hours whilst going to sleep, so the phone can shut off. That way the phone isn't dead when I wake up.

If you listen for only about 4 minutes into the subliminal you'd have heard both 'I am' and 'You are' affirmations already
