Quentin’s symptoms meet the DSMV criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder (Aspergers is an old term that is no longer used) which appears to be the primary diagnosis. Candy must have her reasons for “glossing” over this and emphasizing ADHD instead. He may have sensory processing Disorder which is seen in a lot of Autistic individuals. Apparently he has also been said to have ADHD which is a distinct disorder...many ADHD patients are not autistic. But intensive early intervention for Autism is best which includes speech therapy,Occupational and Physical therapy as well as Behavior Analysis.
Nagtitip toe ang anak ko and she's 4 years old, she started walking at the age of 10months, she talks very early too, top of her nursery class, very smart, loves to paint, super daldal and kulit... may ADHD po kaya ang anak ko dahil tippy toes sya???
I don't think he's into adhd syndrome. Adhd is more of uncontrolled behavior. He's probably just like an average child who wants to explore things beyond normal. I suggest not to worry, from your own description he is fine! Sped teacher here from US.

Mapapansin mo sa vlogs niya sigaw siya ng sigaw kapag stressed out siya sa anak niya . Yung bata lalong nagiging hyper . Ayokong mag-compare pero tingin ko si Kris Aquino ang expert sa batang may ganitong problema . Kay Kris kayo magtanong kung sino ang therapist ng anak niya at anong gamot or relaxant ang ibinibigay sa ganitong kaso .

I think her son has severe autism. My son has ADHD. He always went to a regular school. His symptoms when he was little were excessive talking in the classroom, forgetfulness, always getting up from his chair when in the classroom or restaurant. When he was 8 years old he went through a number of neurofeedback sessions since I refused to have him medicated. Neurofeedback helped tremendously in his mental focus. He was in the honor roll from 4th to 7th grade. I thank God for listening to my prayers. Today at 21 years he is graduating with a business degree. He has learned to cope with his symptoms like the rest of the adults out there who need to make a to do list so he does not forget, exercise to keep healthy and focused, proper rest, and good nutrition.
ADHD syndrome is commonly associated with autism spectrum. ASD is different though they are both mental disorder. ADHD is more of a uncontrolled.behavior and ASD connotes a very comprensive behavioral.disorder, each case is different. that's why it's called Spectrum. From her own behavioral descriptions, her son belongs to severe ASD. No offense but her statement is confusing and misleading. Sped teacher in CA here. .

Yes this is true, my son has ADHD also but high functioning po. Ung ke Candy po is severe case.
