What a great car,it looks great ,and fixes 2 of the hatchbacks weaknesses, which are it has a massive boot ,and heaps of interior room. With full safety kit,it may steal a few sales away from the Camry...should be very popular
Interior seems ok to me, theres nothing wrong with it. Hatchbacks generally look better than the small sedans though, but actually the sedan will almost always have a bigger boot. e.g corolla hatch vs sedan.
I drive a 2012 Corolla sedan. Its not a small car......in fact, its longer than the 1977 Toyota Cressida, let alone the Corona. The Corolla is now medium sized, and would easily house a V6 in my opinion. My car has been great, is still solid as a rock. Will not buy Corolla again, however. A new RAV4 Hybrid is my next vehicle as i want extra height for easier entry/exit, and more cargo space. I'll always remember the Corolla fondly though!
Just to put it out there, I would love to see more motorcycle and car reviews done by women. It's such a breath of fresh air to forego the geekery and pissing-contesty navel-gazing in a review. This was short, sweet, to the point and focused on the practicality of the thing. Top marks.
i have drived the bace model toytoa corlla accent sports sedan for a lone car a few time while my car is getting its service done a few weeks ago its nice to drive i have ordred the top of the range toyota corolla zr sedan back in february got to wait 6 to 8 mounts for it to get deliverd
Not bad for standard model Corolla..similar to the one I’m driving now,08 model..thinking of buying this one or go up..to small suv like the Yaris or wait for Corolla cross suv..
Why say "man made materials" referring to plastic. the whole car is man made. None of it is natural or straight from nature. Leather is still heavily treated and processed in manufacture
In Japan, there is a lot of concern because there is no radiation control. Can Toyota cars imported into Australia have a radioactivity test certificate?
Big mistake Toyota Australia, only making and selling the Toyota corolla sedan and hatch from 2024 in hybrid versions only, it has the 20yr old tyred, old tech 1.8ltr thrashy old engine, I own the 2020 version 2.0ltr all new engine, and it's fantastic, great power, excellent fuel economy, big mistake Toyota, if your going to go all hybrid, go at least with the latest tech new generation engine
yeah toyota still living in the stone age when it comes to the interior. At least they've joined everyone else in the 21st century now and have started including carplay and android auto as standard across their range.
@@cismay1270 Toyota let me had the car for a day to help me with my purchase after I took a test drive. I found the interior perfectly fine, better than the Kia Cerato whick I also took a test drive before that. I think your comment ''disgusting' is a quite unfair when you only saw it from this video. I bought the car by the way.
just a boring grandma car. I have vowed to never ever buy a toyota because they are just too boring and every other brand is better. I just went and bought a Peugeot 508 GT SW which is just beautiful.
@@fisherpaykelauto6137 grandmas and women in general love their little corollas, along with all the other numpties, because for them a car is just something to get you from A to B. add to that their styling (for want of a better word) is absolutely horrendous inside and out.
@@petepetrass - One could also argue that a Peugeot is inherently a lemon. Peugeot are fantastic looking cars one of my favourite looking. But facts don't lie - their mechanical and electrics are simply inferior - even when taken care of. You have to remember most people out there simply don't care - so long as their car is RELIABLE, cheap to maintain and good on fuel.
A real persons review, well done, appreciate the comments about what its like as a family user.

I love her enthusiasm
Best reliable car in the world. I have a ‘95 Corolla and still drives.
I got a 94 Still dives Toyota Strong
I have a corolla AE95 still going strong. The kid’s hate it but I love it. !
6 minutes and 5 seconds not a word of reliability, or the fact that 80% of all Toyotas are still on the road, not something hyandi or Mazda can claim
Best reviewer ever 👌🚗
Rented this over weekend. Such a smooth car

Where are you getting these prices from they start at 28K !
just bought the 2021 sedan in atomic red. really wanted the hybrid, but it sells so fast, there is a 6-8 month wait

Can you please review Kia cerato GT
Am inspired by your advertising
technique, mam
Seems like a great first car
"There are no weird jerky bits there are no funny bumpy bits" 😂😂 Classic
What were they thinking with the frumpy rear end and those outdated halogen taillights! They got it so right in the hatch!
So smokey in Sydney. Take care.
What's with that background music???
I want a Toyota Seca fastback coupe than a notchback sedan.
she is elegant and sweet
Did anyone notice that theres only 1 reverse light working (4.23)? Is it normal ?
No
Me a us citizen 👁👄👁 the steering wheel is on the wrong side 👁👄👁
Great review :)
I would test drive the 6 speed manual if they had one to test?
Strange I have a 1.5L Toyota Corolla Axio second hand from Japan, being driven in Mauritius and I have the same gas mileage as yours 2.0L

Yes but did we make leather no dumbass
True
I still havnt understood what is this family guide thing.
Maybe she is appealing to the single mums
Where is the blind spot monitoring

Corolla Altis Will peak at #1 in sells ,
Reliable , does what it means to do and booooring.
yeahhh finally..... reviewer talking in metric instead of imperial.
does it have rear sensors?
Extremely misleading to call this a sports sedan. Really??

'Its such a car looking car' Really????
She had such a way with words
Back is not good
That is probably one of the most disgusting interiors I’ve ever seen

What is wrong with it? Have you ever sat in one?
E Tran where you high when you posted this comment mate?
E Tran and no I have never sat in one but just the look of the interior and where everything is placed just looks cheap and not well thought through

If every other brand is better then why Toyota is always the top seller brand in Australia.
