You did not indicate that due to the collapse of the USSR and the beginning of privatization, Russia was plunged into poverty and lost its entire industry in the 90s. These are some of the most difficult years for Russia, when inflation was several hundred percent, salaries were not paid to people for months, medicine was at a deplorable level, and crime increased many times ... Just because of the collapse of the USSR, so many oligarchs appeared in Russia who, before they are still stealing our natural resources and making billions on it.

The Hungry 90 are the exaggerated ravings of communists who were thrown off from Russia as parasites. Relative to the 20s or 30s in Russia, this is paradise. The 90 was full of pluses. For example, cultural integration with the West, elimination of shortages, commodity boom, development of private business. Also, if 90 was a bad time, then why did powerful economic growth begin in 2000 after the devastation? Everyone here pours diarrhea on Yeltsin, despite his merits. But instead they love the tyrant Stalin, who was one of the reasons for the collapse of the USSR.

The term "Kievan Rus" appeared only in the 19th century, as a designation of the period of time when Kyiv was the capital of the country. So was Ladoga Rus (approximately 859-862), Novgorod Rus(862-882), Vladimir Rus(1243-1389), then Moscow Rus (1389 -1547 (or 1478)). It was just Rus'. Of course, I really like how some Europeans, like this Portuguese, "masterfully" characterizes countries. My friend, your ideas about a country like Russia are very poor and formulaic. Your European perception and representation of our country is kind of old-fashioned, formulaic, or something... I assure you, the world is not limited to your Europe or the States and is much broader and more diverse. And yes, Russia is not going anywhere, against the background of you - we are only getting stronger.

No, people have come to the idea that they want to be communists and have created a new state. Do you think if they hated this state, they would have won the 2nd World War? (You can say something about protective detachments and I will partially agree with you, yes, there were protective detachments that did not allow desertion, but still, people would have fought much worse for what they do not value)

    Keep walking the line

    Led astray
Through vacant halls I won’t surrender
The truth revealed in eyes of ember
We fight through fire and ice forever
Two souls once lost and now they remember

Dancing through the graves of those who stand at my feet
Dreams of the black throne I keep on repeat
A derelict of dark summoned from the ashes
The puppet master congregates all the masses
Pulling strings twisting minds as blades hit
You want this power then come try and take it
