It’s hard to say, apart from one exclusive SP card, everything else is the same you can pull in Tier 4. However, with a Tier 4 booster box, you are guaranteed a minimum of 7, max 10 UR and above from 18 packs. I’ve only ever bought 10 of each EX Pack and my best is 5 hits, which is essentially 50%, others might have done better but there are no guarantees unlike the booster box. On top of that, these EX Packs cost between £2-3 each depending on where you buy them, whereas a booster box of 18 is around £24-£27 so the boxes imo are more worthwhile but then there is that exclusive SP card so 🤷♂️
From the Wave 5 EX Packs specifically, the SP is of Ino (no.62), you can only pull the SP specific to the wave so Gaara isn’t available in this wave, only Wave 1. I wouldn’t say one of the EX SP’s is any harder to pull than the others, it’s just EX Wave 1 is now quite expensive, meaning the Gaara no. 9 is super expensive. From Wave 2 you get Hinata no. 22, Wave 3 is Naruto no.33 and Wave 4 is Tsunade no. 48 - if you head to Capsulecorpgear.com - you can see all the cards and what packs you can pull them from, great site

I've seen you comment something similar a few times and I'm not sure what you mean? As in don't show the bottom corner where it says it is a UR, OR etc...? If so, it's actually been my intention to do that going forward as I can never read the card rarity on my small camera screen 😅 if you mean something else, let me know!
