Thanks Jammos for the details, what about if some country has no value then zero will come for all years, how we will handle those scenerios

Hi Ajeet. It depends what you would like to happen. If you don't want the country to appear at all, you'll want to use a filter on the visual for where your measure is greater than zero. Hope that helps!

This is exactly what I was looking for but I don't know how you set up the measure. I am trying display the number of enquiries received monthly based on the count of the 'Date Created' field. For months where there was no enquiry it should display 0. Would love your input on this how to do the first step before modifying the dax expressions! Thanks!

Hi MKTUBE,
What does your expression look like at the moment? Without seeing your data I would imagine you want to use either COUNTROWS or DISTINCTCOUNT, depending whether you want to count distinct values for Date Created. You'd then modify that using either method in the video.

Tried both ways but it's still showing blank. Any ideas?

I want to see the right table what ever you showed with new measure.. but dont want to see the year 2010,2011 which contains 0.. I have tried visual level filter but still can't able to hide the column 2010,2011.. Pls help me on this scenario

Ok but what about when you have blanks in a different level. Like if you have blanks in level three. How to convert them into zeros¿?. e.g how to do this if country has states and then citys and for city there are blanks in columns. Thanks!

It only works if there are no filters else the values which are blank and filtered will also be visible

@@gandaladivya1126 try to use the other measures in the tables and create a condition that will only filtered related records.

i can't get this to work at all. If you have a matrix table with rows and columns and you're summing to get a value and that sum is zero or blank, it will not show a zero. No matter how many times i try to "ifblank" or if = 0", it'll always show a blank. I'm really surprised that power bi does not offer some automatic method here.
