I have never tried it with crab or kimchee, but your presentation of the dishes not only looked and smelt delicious, but when you placed the rice into the back of the crabs to soak up the crab juices, I knew that you are an experienced crab eater. Most people throw away the back of the crabs, but Great Chefs know that is where the tastiest juices of the crabs are. I also enjoyed you having 3 bowls of rice. I love rice and I said"Right on", that's the kind of Chef I like, someone who shows that he is not ashamed of enjoying his own cooking and your eating expression told me it tasted very delicious.
