Exchanges between srk and nawaz are very good.

I liked Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, and unlike many people liked how SRK’s character was rude, selfish and arrogant BUT the problem was that despite these flaws, as a hero of the film there still needed to be something subtly likeable about him, and this is where the film fell short in my opinion. Audiences still need to be able to connect with the protagonist, despite their flaws, maybe even feel sorry for them. A bit of a random example but look at the two main characters in the Netflix drama Beef. The male lead in particular was a not so nice but we could still feel for him because of his past and current struggles. Such depth was missing in SRK’s character. The overall movie would have been even better without some of the K-Jo’s usual OTT delivery and cheese and a shorter run time. Side note: I just needed an opportunity to air my thoughts on KANK so since you mentioned the film, I’ve aired them here 😂🙏🏽

Other than it being an amazing remake of an old song Offcourse, but her past will never leave her alone. Which could be a double edged sword, and nothing to be ashamed of. Because it was quiet glorious. Big fan of her! Been a fan since her previous work and of her new work. I respect her tenacity, will, courage, and strength. It takes balls to do what she does, and she certainly has some really good looking ones(sorry to sound crass). But ya this is homage to an old song and an actually good one.
