- #50thHangorDay A SAGA OF UNFLINCHING BRAVERY: The Telefilm is about the action of the #PakNavy #Submarine Hangor S-131 that defeated the enemy, during the 1971 war, it was a major act of bravery by the Pakistan Navy that resulted in great loss to the enemy in their own waters, followed by its strategic journey back to the Pakistan Navy Dockyard, Karachi safe and sound.
Historic Background of HANGOR: This event is distinguished in naval history for being the first and only successful kill by a conventional submarine after World War II, which makes this event an honor for Pakistan Navy and a huge pride for the Nation.
In recognition of heroic act of PNS/M HANGOR, which sank INS KHUKRI & crippled INS KIRPAN in 1971 war, crew of HANGOR was decorated with 4 x Sitara-e-Jurrat, 6 x Tamgha-e-Jurrat & 16 x lmtiazi Asnad. A symbol of bravery & resilience, Pak Navy Submarine Force is Alhamdulillah strong & determined to always strike at the enemy.

Pak navy ko dasboot theme par pns ghazi par bhi movie deni chye bachpan sy india ka jhoot sun rahe hain k ins vikrant ko phely sy pta tha ghazi ka.
Good intiative. But it is not as classic as Tele Film Ghazi. Make it more classic.

I listened about naval mission earlier in my school from my Pakistan Studies teacher but never knew that it was HNGOR who accomplished this mission. We are very proud to be a Pakistani and have strong armed forces.

Not only Kukri, PNS Hangor also seriously damaged INS Kirpan which hardly reached India and later decommissioned as its repair cost was more than its benefits ( and the biggest thing) bz Pakistan navy operates under Pakistan army instructions which are born mercenaries, Indian only 1 aircraft carrier ins Vikrant was also in range of PNS hangor but Hangor captain never received orders to proceed and destroy else India would have on his heels and leave Bangladesh, even Pakistan zindabad Pakistan navy paindabad ( tiny but deadly) ✌🙌🇵🇰💪🕋🤲✌👍
This was an important story and war history worthy of becoming a telefilm. Good choice of cast and great production value. Glad ARY and Pak Navy made this.
More movies like this should be released as they make us aware of hidden realities and help us recognizing our heroes.
You have enough propaganda in your education system against India, calling our army as "Hindu Army", etc and anything remaining is filled in by ISPR.
It's not military's job to make movies, pasta, baby diaper, cement, run construction company, etc and involving itself in country's politics.

I always shed tears watching stories of our brave soldiers, an the stories of their martyrdoms. Always dreamed of to be in Army uniform, now I see my dreams in these stories. Salute to All our Security forces for their commitments an dedication in the line of duty.

I remember I had my exam just 2 days later when this Telefilm was aired on television and I left everything aside just watching and was feeling each second of it in my veins! Masterpiece! Fabulous! It is.. on the last moments when it was going to shoot I had even forgotten my dinner in the plates until the part of Hangor Day ceremony came upon! Blessed to have such forces, Alhamdulillah ❤️❤️🇵🇰
