Love mine, but I can’t take it apart because the pivot screw completely stripped the first time I tried. New wiha bit. QSP used the strongest thread locker on earth, but I still think the screw should have held up. It completely disintegrated, even though my bit has no signs of wear. It just chewed it up. No biggie, the action is good and the lock up is rock solid.
Can’t keep a good Penguin down! One of the best budget knife designs ever and here it is in a premium version and it still kills it. Love seeing that and I’ll definitely look at getting a cool exclusive which I’m sure more will be popping up all over the place. Glad the S90V performed as it should
About 6 months ago I bought a QSP Penguin after listening to years & years of Internet reviewers & influencers raving about what a great knife it is. My opinion: not so great. Yours with S90V blade steel looks great…!
I actually sold it. But not because I didn’t like it, I actually really miss it and I want it back haha But I traded it for something I really wanted at the time

I got the M390 version....but instead of getting the S90 version, I opted for the new black Magnacut Spyderco....I have no regrets...but I think the S90 Penguin is sold out

I’d get ahold of TPK, I’m sure they could help you out and get you a replacement screw
