Just bought one! It´s a must have gloves! It´s really a myth that the padding protects your hands! I´m using with handwraps and the feeling of punching the bag is awesome! The sound when hitting a bag is so crazy that makes you want to punch more and more!

I've been using these for months, and I actually bought a second pair to keep on hand for when the ones I'm using wear out. (So far, so good! They seem durable.) The feedback you get regarding your punching technique is second to none. You can't get lazy and fail to make a tight fist, nor can you get sloppy and hit the bag with the wrong part of your hand. You'll know immediately, and you'll be able to make a correction on the very next punch. They are terrific gloves!
Favorite glove so far to work on accuracy love it. Belive it or not the gloves actually protect you good given the fact it has much less padding then a regular boxing glove with layers of foam. And if you really take advantage of what they are made for taking your time and correcting your punches you won’t hurt your hands one wrong punch and trust you’ll feel it a reminder “ACCURACY” is very important and I also find that I’m throwing much more punches in a round with out fatigue.
When looking to prevent an Injury ~ look to your Wrap first ! ! ! Poor Punching Technique is sure trip to the Hand Doc ! Gloves cause more injuries when they are not a good fit or feel uncomfortable. Before the 1970s it was Unheard of, that a Champion hit Bags with a Boxing or Sparring Glove .. Myth ~ Padding protects your hand.. Padding could cause the problem. I bought these before I realized that each glove is curved. IMHO they are curved the wrong way (if you must have a curve) - left glove curves to the left & right glove curves to the right. They feel really weird - I would prefer no curve at all so won't be buying another pair. Btw the guy in the video says that after wearing these you'll feel very protected when you put your hands into an 8oz glove, I think you're more likely to focus on how heavy they are compared to the mitt.

This is an excellent bag mitt. It will force you to make a proper fist before hitting the heavy bag. Be sure to properly wrap your hands.

i love these bag mitts by far my favorite just hitting the bag brings back memories when i was a kid and makes me work the bags even more.
