I've been working with Catarina for a property on in Portugal and she has been very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Very interesting video. Please when retiring to the silver coast many expats will be old. At some time one partner will die. Can you do a video on this topic.

@@stuartaustin7134 Dear Stuart! sure can, can you please elaborate more on this subject? What would you like me to cover exactly?
Also I would like to add that a lot of younger families are also relocating to the Silver Coast not just retirees as it used to be :))
Please let me know your thoughts!

@@LivingontheSilverCoast Costs of funerals. Wills, inheritance, selling costs. These are also important to younger couples as well as old retired people.

Great information, thanks! Do you have any tips on the climate in Vau and Faz do Arelho, especially in winter? What about the feasibility of using an electric vehicle?
    Muiyo obrigado!

      Dear Terrell,
Thank you very much for your comment. in the West area (that you are mentioning) in the winters it rains somedays but the weather is very OK. Temperatures never get too cold. This area is starting to be more prepared in terms of electro cars but in most of the houses you would be able to add a charger to do your daily life.
