Ford E150 Van Performance build 4.6 2v N/A HP with TFS heads Stage 1 Cam DIY multi-series (Part 1)

2010 E150 Van Engine build from used 4.6 2v motor. Adding Trickflow heads with stage 1 cams. Heads are 3 months out from being manufactured.
In the meantime building bottom end. Can't fit Supercharger under the hood or a Turbo kit. Procharger may have a kit for a f150 that may fit, but if not at least engine will breathe. Don't know if it'll be 400 hp but it'll be better. Newer vans don't have the beefy truck feel to them I like.
