I think this is my favorite deleted scene. :) I think the voice here IS Wilbur's actor. Here's the fun fact: Wilbur sounds younger here because Wesley's voice had not broken yet (the younger voice was also used in the trailer). Since the crew had to redo pretty much the whole film, Wesley had to redo his lines as Wilbur after his voice broke, which is the deeper voice we hear in the film.
I kind of wish Lewis got to tell Wilbur how many adoption interviews he had in the final cut of the film. Maybe Cornelius never told Wilbur his full childhood story.
Agreed! I'm sure they just didn't have enough time in the final cut to fit that in, but it could have made for a very emotional scene - even the way Wilbur replies "what?" when Lewis says "124" is emotionally powerful (at least to me). Wesley did such a phenomenal job, and it's unfortunate that so many great lines - so many great performances - had to be deleted in the end. The final version of the film already has enough heartfelt moments to bring a tear to your eye, and I think a scene like that would have doubled down on that aspect.
Yeah! That could’ve been more profound and convinced Wilbur to be more patient and sympathetic towards Lewis, instead of mostly ignoring his problems and insecurities, just so he could fix his own mistakes.

Apparently, Lewis was credited to have two voice actors: Daniel Hansen and Jordan Fry. But for Wilbur, he was voiced by one person: Wesley Singerman. He just hit by puberty at the time of voice acting.
Didn't Wilbur have two voice actors? Wesley singerman and Spencer fox? Cause I think Wesley was in the original until they had to redo the movie cause his voice was too young so in the actual movie it was Spencer?

I think he actually did. At least he told the orphanage lady how many. It would be redundant for him to tell both characters.
They should've added the "...what is wrong with you?" To somewhere else in the movie, cause that was hilarious.

First clue is that Wilbur knew Lewis is his dad and you can tell Wilbur tried to make him go back in the past to fix memory scanner

Wesley Singerman is the same actor in the real movie; he hit puberty in real towards the end of the movie so they had to redo his parts.
