I am a stubborn man who even challenged myself making pagoda meat. (it’s like pork placed in the form on a pyramid) This dessert, I am going to make it. 0:47 Based from the book, there are four layers. The apple filling on the inside, the chocolate in the middle, apple skin (or smt, I don’t really know how to translate this lol (outter skin???)) and the shiny layer on the outside. We would need at least an hour for each layer. 0:59 hehe this really is extremely friendly (爆表 (bào biǎo) is a chinese term who refers to when the meter explodes and it kinda means (I took this from the Internet) “off the charts/extreme/beyond the normal range of measurement”) 1:02For the apple filling, you would need to start with making apple gel. We would need to use something that would blend in perfectly with the apple juice. NH Pectin. 1:09 The problem arise. What to do if you don’t have NH pectin? BUY! 1:15 -1:20 what they are saying are already subtitled so I’m too lazy to write it lmao 1:21 Add your apple juice and lemon juice together and mix it at 70°. Add NH pectin and sugar to the mixture and change from low to high heat. 看了之后…我的倔强成功的被大碗激起了!于是……
再经历了漫长的寻找材料并等它们到家的时间,我决定先休息一周研究菜谱。
于是一周后终于开工的我,花了两天多,近48个小时,终于做出了………还算看到过去的苹果… 我实在是没找到跟普通苹果一样大的模具,所以最后出来的是……大概有两个拳头那么大的“苹果”(直径大约9厘米的那种)

只想说, 因为果胶一直不能凝固而做了三天。在做外壳的时候色素滴进白巧克力和可可脂的那一刹那,溶解不了,变成了浮在表面的小小颗粒,特别丑。就算过筛了还是丑,但还是不知道问题出在哪里。好累,但味道不错,酸酸甜甜的,没有因为致死量的糖,玉米糖浆和白巧克力而过分的甜。
