Why F is more eloctronegative than N...
Whereas F is having -1 charge and N is having -3 charge...
So N should be more electronegative (if m wrong plz correct me)...nd hence in dipolemoment arrow head should be towards nitrogen not towards flourine ..but my teacher made arrowhead towards flourine..why so???
