These guys act like no other quarterback throws interceptions in practice. I've been watching the eagles practice and their quarterback has thrown quite a few. Honestly an underrated part of this show and part of what both makes it great and speaks to its longevity is at 13:30 where Nick realizes mid-sentence that he had launched a bit of a cheap shot across the bow earlier and apologises for it. precisely. The cowboys didn't trust dak early on so they chose to run the ball more. Also being on a rookie contract they felt no pressure to make him the focal point. Just like what they did with cooper rush. An unknown backup qb that came in to replace dak for several games. They didn't trust him so they ran the ball way more than normal in those games. Dak's INT increasage (particularly last year) comes from bad scheming, poor help, and a passing system that was way more aggressive than it needed to be. All three of Jerry/McCarthy/Kellen were asked about Dak's INTs throughout the season and if that would indicate them asking him to be less aggressive. every time, they said no.
Also, Cowboys were amongst the lowest in the league in early-down passing. Meaning they would literally only let Dak throw it on 3rd / 4th and long.. the entire season. Aggressive passer combined with that = interception city. You're going to turn the ball over an insane amount of you're only passing on 3rd/4th or (and long) situations.

Lamar didn’t have a “bad” year. Nick is very like skip Bayless where he has nonsensical opinions on athletes he thinks are a threat to his favorites

I grew up a Redskins fan and have always hated the cowboys, but will give credit where due. Cowboys were really good under Jimmy Johnson and Tony Romo was much better than Dak Prescott.

Dak is better than most give him credit (around 10) but for a portion of his career he had the luxury of being able to have a run game that could run for a first down on 3rd and 5.

No schedule is easy when you play in the NFC East. All 4 teams have the potential to make the playoffs.
